My communications with Braeburns also were with Debbie. The first thing to say is that all three staff couldn't be more helpful in answering my questions which were plentiful! They really helped make the house buying process an easier one and I felt that all the staff were looking after mine/my partner's best interests. They are only a small independent estate agents but big on customer care, something that from having read other reviews on this site is clearly lacking in larger organisations! I would have no hesitation in putting more business in Braeburn's direction and certainly recommend them to others.
