I was met at my mum's property at 8am for the valuation by Lewis Rossiter, he was very professional and made me feel confident that we would achieve the best possible price. Once viewings took place we were updated on peoples comments on all occasions by either Katie or Lewis. After a sale was agreed we were kept informed of the progress of the sale. Can't thank them enough for the great service. We will be recommending them to all our friends. Thanks!!!!!

We recently relocated to Exeter with little prior knowledge of the city. Having now purchased a property from Bradleys St Thomas, we have been left feeling reassured that we have bought not only the right house for us, but in the right area of the city for us too.
Kate and Lewis have been excellent from start to finish, from the initial viewings through to exchange of contracts and imminent completion. Having been living in Regent Street for 12 years, I decided that my children had left the family home and that I would like to downsize. Having explored other areas in Exeter, I wanted to stay around the St Thomas area, hence my exploration of estate agents local to St Thomas. Myself and my partner recently purchased a house through Bradleys Estate agents Hayle branch. The service provided was second to none, all staff were approachable, easy to work with and exemplary in their efforts to make the whole process smooth from start to finish.
It was our second purchase through Bradleys as an over-arching brand and I can't recommend them enough, if only all estate agents were this good!

Everyone in this office deserves a five star rating for their unending efforts, enthusiasm and professionalism. We did not have one moment during the entire selling process where we had to wonder what was being done on our behalf to find prospective purchasers and beyond. Long after their duties were fulfilled they were all still working on our behalf and making sure everything continued to proceed as it should.
Robin has a very relaxed manner of dealing with both buyers and sellers and is a credit to the profession and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell in the southwest.

   Lynn and Tracy have totally changed my previously held poor opinion of estate agents generally! They have been so supportive during a rather 'trying' sale and have always been there with encouragement. Lynn especially has spent an extraordinary amount of time with my purchasers both at the property itself and dealing with phone calls. I was particularly impressed initially, with the way that they learned all about my house to encourage a sale and were genuinely interested in it - it was never seen by them as 'just another house'. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone considering a sale. Thanks to all of you - and Karen as well for all your help.

   When putting the flat on the market I found quotes from a couple of agents. Lewis stood out as being enthusiastic but professional.

   It was a good choice. The flat sold in a week after two offers, with completion in just under two months, including incorporating a purchase.

   Presentation was obviously excellent and communication throughout was fist class.

She actually suggested the propertyI subsequently bought as it was not in my initial property hunt, indeed went in to inquire about something else.    The agents initially provided an accurate and realistic market valuation and then worked hard to get people through the door to view the property. Following this we received several competing offers from several parties and the agents acted responsively in order to keep all potential buyers onside.    After trying to sell my property over a couple of years with several other local agents, a chance conversation led me to try Bradleys. From start to finish, these were the most helpful, most effecient, most switched on of all I had tried. Nothing was to much trouble. They sold the house in no time at all.     Today we completed the purchase of our new home. Bradley's staff were all very helpful and willing. Kevin Coombs who I dealt with most of the time was fantastic. It was very stressful and took longer than we expected but Kevin was always encouraging, knowledgeable and gave very good advice. I am also impressed with the extra services provided, like guidance on best ulitity provided and insurance quotes.

    I have used Bradley's property rentals and landlords insurance for 5 years to manage a flat for let in Exeter. Nick Edwards and the team have always been highly professional and have never failed to deliver anything less than a stellar service.

    When it came time to sell the flat, Robin Middleton and the team in sales only strengthened my opinion of the entire Bradley's franchise. I can honestly say that every member of the team that I had the privilege to work with were forthright, hard working and thoroughly well versed in their trade. I used their in house conveyancing services and was thoroughly pleased with their efforts.

    I would highly recommend Bradley's to anyone, whether buying or selling a property or letting or renting one, the entire enterprise is efficiently and impeccably run.

    We received excellent service from Bradleys - nearly all the contact was by telephone. If we left a message the agent always got back to us quickly. In all the dealings they were polite and efficient.
    When we collected the keys to the property it would have been useful to have more support finding the office as we were not local to the area and the one-way system is very confusing. In the end I decided to get a taxi there which I believe was the right decision.

    We found the Budleigh Salterton Bradleys' office staff to be effective, supportive, and efficient in helping our selection of properties to visit, showing the properties, dealing with vendors, and proactively managing communications between all involved. Mr Robin Burne helpfully showed a range of properties in a knowledgeable and relaxed way, which helped our appreciation of each house. He dealt professionally with offers made, communicated promptly with sellers, and issued confirmatory letters on the same day. Mr Burne dealt sensitively with both sellers and ourselves including times when illness and other difficulties could have prevented the success of our purchase.

    We found that the agency on the whole was good, the agent who lost his job with this company( Mike) was excellent from day one. We had regular weekly updates & lots of encouragement & positive thinking. Unfortunately we did not feel so well informed, there was a lack in customer service & feed back after this gentleman had left

    Cathy was professional at all times. She impressed with her down to earth approach at the initial property valuation. Once we had signed contracts (at a very impressive commission rate) the propery was on the market quickly and efficiently. Bradleys conducted almost all of the viewings and Cathy always gave feedback (even if it wasn't quite what we wanted to hear) The property was on the market for 6 months before it sold. We were kept updated at all times and Cathy gave advice every month or so on how we could improve our chances of selling. There were a couple of times we nearly switched agents but decided to stay with Bradleys due to their regular updates, good advice and the fact that they were always willing to speak to us and called back promptly when needed. After we settled on a price Cathy kept us up to date with proceedings and even found information out before our solicitor. I would use them again.
