Sold and purchased through Bourne. The service was fantastic, all the staff were great to deal with - helpful, reliable and friendly. Would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

Everyone was extremely helpful in particularly difficult and stressful circumstances. Stuart was most helpful throughout as were the whole sales team. Would definately use their services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommened then to others.

Very disappointed with this agents attitude towards a prospective purchase. Given really bad information about a property which we have subsequently and very successfully purchased through another agent. Information about the property was not forthcoming from Bourne's other than very misleading comments - some of these turned out to be blatant lies!!! A very disappointing experience - all I can say is thank goodness for the help and support we received from Castles.

Although they claimed they had a good number of viewings, they were failing to communicate this information back to me.
They were also advising prospective customers about unsubstantiated issues with the property for their own customers and customers from another agent (sale was joint agents for a period). No survey after their failed sale identified any issues.
Poor communication to seller and lies to prospective buyers - Not good.

Following your comments, we are extremely disappointed with your feedback, we only passed on information that was relayed to us in good faith from the previous purchaser’s surveyor, so the information we gave was factual to the best of our knowledge. All were doing was being honest with you as you had asked us why the previous purchasers had withdrawn!
To date 94% of our clients-buyers and sellers are happy to recommend us and use our excellent services again.
I would like to reiterate we are not an agent that would lie.
