From finding the property on a search engine to moving in was a breeze. Every step of the way was easy. Staff are always polite and professional in fact they can't do enough for you. Having been with several agents in the past it is clear bluehouse are first class. We hope to be bluehouse tenants for many years to come.

Chris Ross, Nick Ross and their team at blue house have never been anything shy of amazing. They have well and truly gone above and beyond to help us in every way they possibly could. This is the second time we have rented with bluehouse and I honestly wouldn't go any where else! As a young couple with a small baby we had a very long list of everything we wanted ( and , or) needed and they made sure all the boxes were ticked. Chris and nick are always on the other end of the phone when needed and resolve any problems we may have in quick time. Overall I would definitely recommended they guys at blue house to anyone and every one . A great team we know we can trust :-).

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Blue house as I was in a rather desparate situation to move & they bent over backwards to ensure a speedy check in to the property for me, 48hrs to be precise! My overall customer experience has but absolutely brilliant & I feel in future would very much like to conduct any housing searches through no one else but them. Well done guys & thank you.

The cost was very competitive which got my attention
On talking to them, seemed professional, and knew the business
On using them, found them to be very good.
I went for finding a tenant, vetting and the contract (so not full management)
The main areas which I was impressed by :
Vetting, the staff worked together when vetting potential tenants. In one case they got a bad feeling from someone, so did not pursue . I am aware that this is not very tangible, but believe that intuition is worth a lot
When my main contact was not in, another staff member was aware of the position-impressive
Although not fully managed, they did help me and give me some advice shortly after the tenant moved in. I have not been a landlord before, so needed some help and support over some teething problems. They were very supportive and gave me some good advice, that helped me get through this period.My profession is a Buyer, so I work with a lot of suppliers, so quite well placed to form an oppinion.
I would not hesitate to recommend Blue House Estate Agent

I was introduced to Bluehouse through a recommendation from a friend who had used them previously. Knowing the issues I have had previously with estate agents I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received.
Bluehouse are not like the other faceless estate agencies I had dealt with previously. I have one contact from start to finish who dealt with letting out my property and overcame the minor issues we had. Returning my numerous phone calls was no trouble and the personalised service Nick and his team offer is in my opinion second to none. To cap it all off my property was let out, a tenant found and vetted all in a couple of weeks and the monthly managed rate I got was great compared to other agents in the town. 5* and would recommend.Was this review helpful? I recently sold my property with Bluehouse and the service was excellent. As an ex-estate agent myself I have seen good and bad agents and whilst initially cautious about using a relatively new agency, I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial meeting to marketing of the property to completion, Nick and Chris at the Camberley office have gone out of their way to make the sales process as smooth as possible.
Despite the sale not being a straightforward one, it was comforting to know I had an agent that was on top of the sale every step of the way, liaised with my conveyencer and kept me informed with any developments, returned calls straight away and even made themselves available outside of office hours.
I would not hesitate in recommending Bluehouse to friends and family

I got off to a shaky start with Blue House, a few minor mis-communications, and started out sceptical...but all was quickly resolved.
All of the staff have been freindly and helpful and receptive to my many demands and cautious questions. (being a first time landlord!) THey were able to guide me through all the necessary legalities, make recommendations for local services without being pushy, and nothing seemed too much trouble if i was on the end of the phone or popped my head in the office in the inital set-up stages.
They let the property within 3 weeks of being on the market and had tenants checked out and moved in in no time at all, it all felt like a very smooth transition.
Overall a very effective service and since that shakey start no further complaints from me. Very pleased to have Lydia and Chris managing my property

Blue House were very informative about the current market for lettings, other Estate agents gave a much lower valuation and at first I wasn't convinced if this was a ploy to get my business, but as true to their word my property was let for the full asking price in less than a week, even before the open house took place! There was lots of letting options available to me, all offering fantastic value in comparison to others. I have been impressed at the quality of customer care and speed of response to any of my emails. Overall would highly recommend.

I can only say positive things about Nick Ross and his team at Blue House Estate Agents. I have rented my property out with this agent and on each occasion they have managed to find new tenants in under a week, once even while I was abroad! They are fantastic and will keep in contact when required but manage all the work themselves, you can feel safe in the knowledge that all aspects of the letting or sale is totally in hand with these guys. A great job by all the team and would definately recommend and use them again.

Without a doubt nothing less then 5 stars is good enough when it comes to lydia and chris. They have done nothing but go above and beyond the expected when it came to renting a property through bluehouse.

Great from start to finish, had one buyer fall through due to mortgage but second one although it took a while and had a few problems were all sorted out by the agents. Had been on with another agent before and came over to them due to a opening offer. Only critism was lots of viewing but a little spread out. Wish them all the best as the fee i paid for the service was excellent value.

I am an overseas landlord and Bluehouse has arranged all aspects of my full managed let very professionally and without any problems. All minor repairs which have had to be done on the property since the tenants have arrived have been competently arranged by Bluehouse.

I found Blue House to be very helpfull in finding tennants for our properties.Nick is a nice guy, informed and knows the local market,he puts Blue House across very well.

Very positive experience with Blue House at Camberley who have recently secured a new tenant for our property in Camberley. All the staff were very helpful and kept us constantly updated with the situation. Efficient and courteous service and would definitely recommend them.

As a landlord, I have found Bluehouse's services to be excellent. I have always found their staff to be polite and diligent in their work, particularly Nick Ross and Chriss Ross. I opted for Bluehouse to fully manage the property, and they've taken care of everything for me, I haven't had to worry about anything, and I've have always been well informed when any issues arise. I would highly recommend them to all landlords in the area.

from initial contact through to completion we found Bluehouse to readily available, very quick to repsond to any queries and were willing to get involved in areas they might not ordinarily be involved in to expedite the sale through. They were always friendly and polite, nothing to much trouble.These might be characteristics you would expect from an estate agent, but there are loads out there who don't do it!

Nick Ross and his team have done an excellent job in finding tenants for the property. Also we were able to meet them to see if we liked them first before considering if they were suitable to move in. At present we have nepalese people living there who are so clean! I was told they had very smoky cooking, but they in fact have kept the property beautifully clean and there have been no complaints of noise etc or problems reported to us.
We would recommend Bluehouse to anyone looking to rent their property out. We intend to renew the property for another year in May when the tenancy is up.

I arrived fresh from New Delhi and finding a decent house in Aldershot was absolute nightmare until I met Mr Bruce from Blue House. He is a thorough professional and at the same time a very warm personal.Blue house as a team looked quite freindly and I would recommend it to everyone.

I used Bluehouse when I needed to let a property. It doesn't matter who you deal with they are all always extremely helpful. What I especially like is you feel there is a personal touch and they keep you in the loop so you know what is happening. I would certainly recommend them.

I found Blue House to be very friendly and helpful all the way through the process of selling my property. The agent kept in touch with me all the time and was very quick to follow up anything that was needed to get the sale through. I would definatley reccomend Blue House estate agents.

Although the solicitors were not always on the ball Nick and Chris got the sale through and chased eveything for me. I am now living on my long boat enjoying life and if i looked to move back to the area would call these guys without a doubt. A**

I was given the recommendation to use Blue House Estate Agents via my mortgage Advisor who i trust and have known for many years.....The company are very friendly and helpful and honest... They have put up with myself for the last couple of months and its not been an easy ride with one thing or another and they been very supportive. They havent once been rude to others they have had to deal with and have kept their proffessionlisim to the max....Hope they do well with the future and would recommend in any one using the company for sales etc you will be very well looked after!!
