Without doubt, the worst Estate Agents we have ever used. Advertised as an unfurnished house, but on the moving in day large amounts of furniture left behind. Still cannot provide a Gas Safety Certificate, Still haven't provided access to the main Gas Shut off Valve, Still haven't provided a correct inventory. After 1 month of requesting, finally received signed Lease Agreement and Landlords Buildings insurance. Agents don't respond to emails, don't respond to phone calls. Basically if you want an agency who will be dishonest from the start, take your deposit then leave you out to dry then choose B and W. If you require a professional service, with knowledgeable agents, choose someone else! Only rated them 1 star because I had to! They deserve nothing.

Black and White took a management fee and did not provide a satisfactory service. They are unreliable and unprofessional, from beginning to end I had to chase them for my rent which was always paid to me late. If this is the level of service you require then Black and White are perfect. Every time I contacted Black and white about an issue I had, whether it was not receiving rent on time, not receiving my rent at all or inspection of the property I would receive a length conversation but never any real action from them to resolve the matter.
