They have been very rude to us since we handed in our notice, and haven't told us about all viewings. Also don't have a 24hour contact number so we had to spend a whole weekend freezing because our heating had broken and there was no way to contact them till Monday... and it still wasn't fixed till Tuesday.

Never rented through a company that can generate as many fees as these guys, they never seem to do anything to earn it. Tenants are second class citizens in their eyes .... steer well clear if you are a tenant.

I sold a property through Beresfords even in these tough times and received an extremely professional service. My main gripe with estate agents is not receiving feedback but Beresfords kept me up to date with even the most minor details - Brillaint
