I've just rented my property out through beresford residential and I've been delighted with the service received. I first met Craig a year ago whn he came to look at one of my other properties and unlike the other agents that I met with Craig didn't hassle me every 2 weeks to see if I'd made a decision but called once in a while for a general catch. Within a week of instructing beresford I had had two very good offers, the first of which I declined as I didnt feel comfortable with the prospective tenants even though it was an asking price offer and I never felt under any pressure to accept, Craig simply listened to what I had to say and within 48 hours had found another tenant for me. They moved in last weekend and the whole process has been very smooth, Craig driving things from the front and then Lucy making sure that everything was in place before my new tenants moved in. I'll be using beresford again.

Although Adam met us and treated us respectfully, it wasn't the property that was advertised and they hadn't explained this. So we completely wasted our time. They'd done the same thing to another couple who left immediately.

Worked extremely hard for me to find the excellent tenants I now have. There was never a day that went by, from instructing Beresford, that there were no viewings taking place. I would recommend this company highly.

In the rare occasion we have had a problem with our accommodation Beresford provided a solution as quickly as possible. I am looking for a 2 bed property to buy on behalf of my partner, who is in the Army and currently based in Germany. Adam has been a great help and very understanding of the situation. He conducted my viewing of a property on 16b Sunnyhill Road and was really enthusiastic and helpful, didn't make me feel at all rushed despite it being quite late in the evening, and provided lots of useful information about the local area. He has continued to follow up without being overbearing and I would be very happy to contact him without hesitation if I needed any further assistance. Great service.

All staff were pleasant to deal with, Craig came across particularly knowledgable about the area and market. Process was smooth from start to finish. Far more reliable than their competitors in the area and I would certainly recommend their services.

My impression of this agent (from the other reviews) is perhaps that they are very good at dealing with the vendors and giving the impression that they are providing a highly proffessional service. As a potential buyer I found them by far the rudest and most unhelpful agency I have yet dealt with. They were incredibly difficult to contact and once I succedeed they were fairly unpleasant and did not seem to be willing to make any effort whatsoever.
As a recent vendor I would have been horrified if I had found out how effective this agency was as turning potential buyers away! Definitely not recommended.

I've found Beresford very helpful and responsive to my queries. Because it is a small office it is easy to deal with the right people right away. It look a little longer to let my property than they first indicated and i didn't get the initial price they quoted so maybe they could improve on the marketing side, but this is a small criticism.

Excellent service - could'nt be better. Delivered every time they said they would and got back every time. I was never left guessing what was happening, always got feedback and they were realistic about everything. I would recommend Beresford Residential to anyone wanting to let their property. Both Craig and Lucy are true professionals. Definitely got a 5 star service from them.

Everyone at Beresford Residential was professional and very helpful. There were no problems with the process and from the perspective of someone new to letting properties I needed a fair amount of support in knowing what to do. Beresford has been very helpful as a full managing agen tfor the let of our property. As we are temporarily living abroad, we have had to rely on Beresford to be on call for all issues and they have delt with anything that has come up professionally and proficiently. We are thankful that in our unusual circumstances we have found and agency that communicates so effectively with both ourselves and the tenants.

Superb service from start to finish from every member of staff resulting in sealed bids achieving an unbelievably high number of offers resulting with an incredibly high rent with lovely tenants (so far!!). I would thoroughly recommend Beresford Residential and would not hesitate to use them again.

The agents were very helpful at every stage of the process. They acted professionally, efficiently and followed our instructions. They offered the most competitive rates with a professional and friendly service. You really knew where you stood with them and they acted with integrity, which is reassuring in a sector littered with unreliable cowboys. I will definitely use them again!
