Having read the reviews below, I would have to strongly disagree. I have been dealing with Benjamin Stevens, and specifically Steven Wayne for a number of years with my three rental properties. Benjamin Stevens have always been professional and efficient at ensuring I recieve the best possible service.

I must say that this is one of the worst estate agents that I have ever dealt with. The so called director Steven Wayne is the most unprofessional individual that I have ever dealt with. To say he is Rude and arrogant is an understatement. I never really write reviews about companies but because they are so unprofessional I felt people should know that I would never choose to deal with them again when there are so many other estate agents out there that are friendly and professional. If you ever need to sell or rent out a property DO NOT USE THEM.
With the other comments on here it sounds like I am not the only one to have a bad experience

The worst customer service ever, Steven, Jo and Lucile (or something), all bunch of liars, the ripped me off and took half the deposit using falls claims. Very rude and no manners at all!! Never use them!!

This is the worst estate agent i have dealt with i would suggest anyone looking for property to stay away from them to avoid dissapointment. They are rude on the phone and in person. They have no customer service skills what so ever and they promise lots of things and do not deliver. The director Steven Wayne is the rudest among them and is always too busy to deal with customer problems. Never trust them.

We paid a holding deposit to secure a flat to move in on the 8 April 2011. We received a text last night from the lettings management to inform us that the flat is no longer available and the landlord has found someone else. This is absolutely ridiculous, the director was very rude, as the lettings manager. This is a terrible terrible agents, and I advise that people searching to rent avoid this completely useless agents. They are very quick to take your money!!
