Absolutely useless. Supposed to have had a window in our flat replaced weeks ago, have done nothing and completely uncommunicative.

These guys are full of themselves but couldn't organise a p** up in a Brewery. Stay well clear.

The agent relayed quite different stories to us, the purchasors, compared with what they told the vendor. This resulted in the sale falling through, having spent a large amount of money on the survey. The miscommunication became clear only on direct communication with the vendor.
I suspect one of their agents was duplicitous in his behaviour, and suspect he had a motive to hurry the sale through (a bonus?).
I would avoid this branch. Their local rivals are better in my opinion.

The agency has provided a really poor service. The agent has lied to us about numerous things and has mislead us into signing the contract. He has agreed to fulfil our requests but did not do so. Very poor service would not use them again. If you have to use Benham and Reeves make sure you have a legal documentation of everything that they have promised, even the smallest bits, so that you secure yourself.
