Bellgrange Estates were so helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. And where other local agents failed, they secured a good price with a delighted purchaser.

We were set to buy a house through Bellgrange - just before the survey was to take place our solicitor informed us there was subsidence on the property that the agent had failed to mention to us. Subsequently we couldn't go through with the transaction and had to pay solicitors fee.

I am not aware of any property that has fallen through due to subsidence
