   I purchased 3 houses in Atlanta, USA through this agent, and the process was really easy, rents were deposited and everything went well for a year.

   It was not until I actually visited the properties that I was aware of any problems, the second house had leaks, a faulty door and furnace that wasnt working six months in. However, when this was pointed out to them they did reimburse me for the work I had done to rectify the problems.

   I think it is essential that the owners do their own inspection of the property and ask the tenants if there are any issues. Its no good leaving everthing... (read more)

   At the end of last year I began considering what to do with the money I had invested in a Building Society account which was due to mature in the middle of January. I had read in a newspaper that the interest rates which I would be offered would be less than the current rate of inflation which meant that in real terms at the end of the year I would have less money than I started with.    I live in Houston and had been introduced to Belgrave through a friend who had purchased a property with them. We had tried to invest ourselves, but finding a trust worthy agent and manager for the project is far too difficult (we had learnt the hard way).
   
   Because we have gone through the process we knew what to ask, but we also checked the company out just in case.
   
   Either way we are happy with Belgrave Group and some issue did come up, but Belgrave Group resolved the issues promptly and professionally.
   
   We aren't quiet ready for a new property, but we would both recommend looking at what properties they have to offer.

   Their knowledge, help, reassurance and advice is second to none, beyond the call of duty! They kindly arranged for me to visit my property, give a thorough tour of the surrounding area, taxied me everywhere including the airport, arranged for me to meet the letting agent, law attorney and my tenant, wined and dined me and I wanted for nothing, Their hospitality would take some beating!

   A lovely place and a great experience!

   It was made completely hassle free and Belgrave made it a simple and smooth investment (taking care of everything for me). Also put me in contact with the relevant parties to setup my American bank account and put a tax specialist in place, the service didn't stop after my purchase. Everyone I have spoken to and dealt with through Belgrave Group have been incredibly helpful and I could not ask for any more.

   I have been receiving my rental directly into my bank account now and I receiving the exact rent Belgrave quoted me. All in all I am really happy.

   Having visited Atlanta before and seeing for myself the fantastic houses in and around the Stone Mountain area, I was very surprised at the prices that they can be bought for.

   The Whole process only took a few months before my first rental cheque was in my American bank account.

   I will certainly recommend Belgrave Group to my friends and family as everything has been so easy.

   I bought this piece of land from capital land acquisitions which is now closed and was owned by same group of people as belgrave group ltd. Same people are making investor fool by opening and closing these companies.
