    Would you use the agent again? No

    They come across as being so professional and as such charge above the norm.
    In reality they are very poor and I would certainly never use them again.
    Their contract is meaningless and any problems with the tenant and you will be on the receiving end.
    Beware of hidden costs !!
    There are far better agents than Beaney Pearce.
    Genuinely..... look elsewhere

    Very unprofessional and rude staff especially "I S"
    Don't deal things with her. She's very tricky and greedy
    All she wants is your signature to rent the property and your money.
    She is so rude!

    They are one of the worst estate agents ever. Constantly pushy, very rude staff and then they were trying to force me to sell under the price that had been agreed. Will never use them again.
