I sold my property thru Barons Estate Agents in Basingstoke and I highly recommend their service, Kevin, Trevor , Matthew and Matt follow thru all the stages with dedication, honesty and most importantly with effectiveness, they sold my home in less than 2 months.! They took care of everything as I was away abroad. Well Done.!
I will definitely do business with them again in the future and recommend them if you need to sell your home fast and with a honest approach.

Outstanding, the way it should be done with these guys. Don't know the 2 Matthews particularly well as they're new, however the owners Kevin and Trevor have 20 plus years in Basingstoke in their own business with a significant asmount of return business.
I was with Charlton Grace for 6 weeks and never again, I moved from Barons to CG and what a mistake that was, couldn't wait to get back to these guys as I new they weren't going to develop the facts as CG did on every single occassion.
