Experience: Would you use the agent again?  No

In particular, the Telford branch 'manager' is terrible. I asked for some things to be done (i.e. marketing) and she refused, instead deciding to pull our house off the market! A few weeks later I sold the house with Nick Tart instead. Avoid them, they are not regulated properly and can do what they want.
