Used Baker Sales and Lettings to let a property in Aylesbury. Extremely pleased with all aspects of the service. Jason dealt with the job professionally and efficiently and couldn’t fault him in any way. He is flexible and adapts to the needs of the clients well. “An honest and reliable service - practically unheard of these days” totally agree with this testimonial from a previous client. Jason Baker offered a fantastic service, friendly, immediate help and advice. He found a perfect house for me in 2 days and guided me through the admin process - it was so easy with his help.
He even rescued me when I got accidentally locked in and came within minutes to the rescue!

I cannot praise the work of Jason and his team from Baker Sales and Lettings highly enough. In helping me to let my property they were professional, helpful, exceptional in every respect, and went above and beyond the call of duty that I would expect and have experienced from a number of other Aylesbury estate and letting agents. Even when I was abroad James's team went out of their way to ensure that both the house and tenant were ready for each other.Value for money, quality, and service of the highest order; I could ask for no more.
