Hi Sophie, as we have mentioned we are sorry that you are disappointed you didn't get the property, but the landlord is our client and the final decision was from them not ourselves, there's nothing more that we can do about that unfortunately, there are around 100+ enquiries for each property and I'm afraid there will be a lot that will miss out.
