One of the worst estate agent ever i have come across, peaople at this branch are so rude!
They offered us a property twice and then both times they sold those properties after accepting our offer. I still cant believe what they did and they so un professional.They never get back to you when they say. Worst ever experience and who ever I have spoken to about them , they also say that they had bad experience with them.

I sold my property through B Simmons & Son. I couldn't imagine a more professional estate agent, they were great! Helpful, polite, lovely people, basically "the ideal estate agents". I would never dream of going anywhere else after the service I got from B Simmons, I highly recommend anyone selling or dealing with property to go straight to B Simmons, it was a pleasure working with them.

Good communication, very fair fees, secured a lot of viewings and kept everything simple. Would definitely use again.

I found B Simmons & Son to be very proactive and friendly on my recent sale. I was regularly updated and when I did call, my calls were always answered. Would recommend them to anyone.
