I rented a house with some other students back in 2003 and as we were all international, Mr Ayub took the opportunity to rent the house out to someone else in the summer as we were on holiday, with our stuff in the house, and lied about what he had done afterwards. What a nerve! I don't think you need to say much more than that to describe the operation of the agency?
