    I have used Austin Wyatt to sell my property in Southsea. Overall my experience with them was very good. I had my house on the market just under a year with other agents but I was unable to sell it. Austin Wyatt sold it under 8 weeks for the same price as I was advertising a year ago. Also they were quick to resolve issues during selling process. They kept me updated throughout the process so well done.

    Saw an interesting looking property, and made an appointment to view. 10 minutes after viewing was supposed to start, rang estate agent who fumbled to find anyone with a key and then sent them down. After ropey start did like the property, and made an offer around asking price. Seems they had been advertising an asking price about 30% below the price the vendor actually wanted in order to drum up interest. In the following weeks (aren't we in a house price fall?) the asking price went up by about 40,000.
