Our previous managing agent was rubbish, they worked with the developer against the interests of the Esate residents. We sacked them and replaced them with Atlantis, who had a mess of legacy issues to help us (the managing board). Atlantis worked with us and over several years sorted most of them out to our satisfaction. In the last year our estate manager was Cheryl White who I found to both efficient, professional and with the humour necessary in a business that has to deal with so many different personalities.

The service is mediocre at best and the charges exorbitant. They send out the invoices for service charges at variable times between Jan-Mar so you are never sure when to pay.
In spite of having my e-mail and telephone number, they found it best to write me a letter advising a surcharge of £30 for late payment by one week. Greedy people.Was this review helpful? Yes

Atlantis is a REALLY helpful and friendly letting agent, who gets the job done totally; with finding tenants, with sorting out the legals, with payments, with checkouts, settling the deposit and with giving very good and fair advice on all aspects of letting. Matthew was 100% on the case of our re-let, keeping me very well informed. Kayt communicated on a very regular basis with a not very straight forward checkout. Kayt made sure that decoration and removal of the old tenants belongs were done promptly so that the flat was ready for new tenants. James Hathaway, one of the directors is very accessible for advice. Overall I would highly recommend this letting agent; they make lettings happen in a very enjoyable way!

Andrew Strong dealt with obtaining the Right To Manage of our properties very efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. He certainly knows the RTM process very thoroughly. All e-mails were replied to promptly. I would recommend Atlantis Estates to anybody wanting to take over the management of their block.

Beware - They are sales people full of BS and appear totally dishonest - which sounds harsh I know but if you had to deal with the amount on nonsense this firm generates, you would say the same.
Seem incapable of being competent and effective.
Have left our building looking like a squat. I would not recommend as they are unable to act in interests of leaseholders and are totally unable to obtain any value for money. Not really managing agents - just wideboys - Beware
