I called to check if a particularly property I saw online was still available. Was told by Antony in a "couldnt care less" tone that it wasnt. I asked for alternatives and was "commanded" to ring him back as soon as I have looked at the information that he would send by email. The email contained the commnication chain of a previous customer. Some people do not deserve to be employed....Was this review helpful? Yes

We would absolutely recommend AM to any of our friends and family and particularly Robin Morrell who was the lettings consultant that helped us. Nothing is too much trouble and he had our best interests at heart - even meeting us on his day off to deliver the keys so we could move in on time! Great service.

Lauren was refreshingly honest and went out of her way to make our move easy and painless. She was friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble...including my list of neverending questions , even after we had signed!

My flat mate and I dealt with Adrian Parkin at the Canary Wharf branch. Adrian was helpful when trying to find us a property and always very open and honest. When going through the process of signing contracts and deposits he was efficient without being overbearing or pushy. All in all a very good service.

I recently rented a 2 bed flat and used Atkinson Mcleod in Kennington. Lauren helped me find a great property quickly, the price could of been cheaper but I had missed out on other properties in this area and didn't want to loose this flat. I was also helped by Rita when Lauren was out of the office who was equally as pleasant.

Probably the most efficient and least stressful experience I've had with an estate agent. Dean at AM Kennington branch was very helpful indeed and made himself available to answer various questions. Everything went smoothly and I'd certainly recommend this company.

I contacted Atkinson Mcleod after receiving a leaflet from then at my address. I owned a part buy part rent apartment which had a lot of restrictions on how i could sell it. AM still took it on and dealt with it. I got lot of interest from buyers and i was kept updated at every stage of the transaction. Initially i dealt with James from Tooting branch who was great and then it got handed over to Daryl from Kennington branch. Anything I said and wanted was listened to and was stuck by and i was guided very well when i did not understand a few things. Daryl was great kept me updated and communicated well with both the buyers solicitor and mine to ensure a smooth process. All in all i felt very well looked after. Would definitely use them again.

I have had more than a few bad experiences in the past using estate agents (and they seem to be even worse in London!!). However, I recently rented a property through Atkinson Mcleod in Kennington and found them to be very friendly and helpful and most importantly honest from the start. I was helped by a gentleman called Dean who found me the perfect place and would definitely use their services again. Thank you!

Shannon O'connor was my agent. After she first noted down my requirements she was spot on with recommending amazing apartments that appealed to me, she was also extremely helpful and patient. Contacted Shannon O'Connor while looking for a place in/near the City. Been in touch with about a thousand agents of which two were useful. Shannon kept me up to date with things coming on the market and even gave advice about how to bag a goody. Very quick to respond to phone and email queries and she has the voice of an angel. All in all, very impressed

Lauren was great, she was organised and efficient with listening to exactly what we needed and found the perfect flat straight off which was great!Nabil then looked after us with the contracts etc, and was really helpful in explaining everything and was super fast at getting back to us with any extra questions etc. Unfortunately he left and we were just about to move which was a little stressful, and unfortunately had some rude correspondence from Ria who was really unhelpful as said she had "heaps of other people to look after" which didnt help at all two days before we moved. Apart from that it was all great, and would use them again!

Richard Jennings was my very helpful and friendly estate agent for a recent move to London Bridge. The move went very smoothly and Richard was always accomodating with regards to extra viewings of the property and ensuring we could come and sign contracts etc at a convenient time and place. I would say, however that sometimes communication was a little sparse, however that is only a minor criticism. I would definitely use Atkinson Mcleod/Richard Jennings again.

My experience with Atkinson Mcleod was really positive. We were looking for a 2 bedroom flat in Central London on a short notice and it was actually difficult to visit the propreties displayed by many real estate agents because by the time we make a call they were all gone. Jamie from Atkinson Mcleod was quick to understand what we wanted and proposed to visit a couple of flats that matched what we needed perfectly.The first flat we visited was the one we chose. Jamie was professional and effecient during the whole process until we got our keys.

We used Atkinson Mcleod to find a property in the London Bridge area. Ria Winstanley was our agent and she was excellent. She called us as soon as an interesting property came on the market, and it was absolutely perfect. She got us a great deal on our rent payments, and was very quick and efficient in all her work. She made sure that she was always available to answer any calls that we had, and I would certainly recommend her to any prospective tennants.

I have just moved into a lovely flat found by Lauren Pelling. Lauren was extremely professional, polite, listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't take me to see places outside of my budget or ones that didn't match my criteria as some estate agent do. She wasn't pushy, she knew her stuff and answered any questions or concerns I had with ease. Based on this and trouble free service I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lauren, or indeed Atkinson Mcleod to anyone.

Richard Jennings was very helpful and the process of finding a property and sorting out the contract was made very easy. There were a few delays in things being done at the flat that I was told would be done before I moved in but apart from these few issues everything has been fine.
