    Would you use the agent again? No

    They are rubbish. Not one good thing to say about them.
    1. We were told the house would be cleaned including the carpets. This didn't happen and there were fleas. The oven was also meant to b cleaned prior to us moving in but was covered in mould wen we moved in and had to buy loads of products to get it clean!
    2. They were meant to fix a fire alarm before we moved in. It took them 2 weeks after we moved in to send someone out who then brought the wrong alarm. Said he would b bk later that day with a new one. 2 months later he finally showed up with one!
