They are rubbish. Not one good thing to say about them.
1. We were told the house would be cleaned including the carpets. This didn't happen and there were fleas. The oven was also meant to b cleaned prior to us moving in but was covered in mould wen we moved in and had to buy loads of products to get it clean!
2. They were meant to fix a fire alarm before we moved in. It took them 2 weeks after we moved in to send someone out who then brought the wrong alarm. Said he would b bk later that day with a new one. 2 months later he finally showed up with one!

. We were told by them wen we moved in that we could store our fridge/freezer tumble dryer etc in there as is a plug in there. Wen we phoned to complain about it flooding they said they knew about it. Nice of them to mention that. Said they would get bk to us. After loads of calls and messaged left I finally got hold of them and they said that instead of fixing the roof they r going to remove this. They got told that days ago but never told us! The leak has also caused damp in the house. They don't seem bothered about that, even though we have a newborn baby.
Spoke to other people and they have had nothing but problems. They are rude and useless. If u have a problem they will not sort it out and will just leave u in the dark!!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
They don't even deserve 1 star!
