Randomnly decided to checkout property and found that the tenant had reported 2 major issues months ago, and absolutely nothing had been done. Went in to office to find some answers, only to be told Roshan was on holiday! Nothing was done, and finally complained via phone, email, letter, to be asked what would i like done. what do you think i am paying you for!!! Incompetent unprofessional business, infuriated me so much that I actually went into property management myself because of this. And another thing, the first reviews on this page really look like they have been written by a customer dont they?

This agency is my worst nightmare realised! Not only do they fail to understand the most basic of request, that any property management company with a grain of experience should, they don't even carry out the request IF they do understand it!!!! Aaaargghhhh!!!
What is it the say about peanuts and monkeys?!!! Were the staff even interviewed?!! Shameful.....
Can't wait to be released from lease to move to an actual Property Management Company - not an excuse for one!

Possibly the worst estate agents I've ever used in my history as a landlord. They don't answer the phone, respond to emails and when you try to go to their branch, chances are it's closed. The deposits they take aren't held in a deposit scheme.
There's no point dealing with these guys for guaranteed rent, cause when they don't get their way (i.e. you insist on deposits being in a deposit scheme) they say the tenant hasn't paid the rent and don't pay you.
That's with the guaranteed rent scheme, the one they sell to you as we'll pay you rent regardless of what happens with a tenant/property.

Simply terrible... don't ever use this agent. Rude, unprofessional, with a lack of integrity and social skills makes Ashburn one of the worst if not the worst estate agents in Berkshire. Thumbs down.

I must agree that Asburn Estate Agents are far more then what their moderate office seems. Excellant customer service coupled with years of experience has both placed this company far above from the competition. Wwll mannered employees as well as owner. I am very pleased to be assosiated with Asburn Estate Agents and will look forward to a continuous relationship with them.

A small office of dedicated professionals, offering a guaranteed rent option not matched by any other provider in the area. I have been with them since 2000, and have no desire to move elsewhere. They are easy to deal with and operate with integrity. Their service is fluid as they will always help to accomadate changes as and when required....why go elsewhere?
