Given that when you rent a property you have no choice of who the handling agents are, we have been quite impressed with the Arlington team of Amit and Bina. Our flat had been renovated prior to us moving in and the few initial snagging issues were quickly resolved. Both Amit and Bina are personable and helpful and have, in large, kept us updated on any issues arsing in connection with the tenancy

Amit has provided a level of service unmatched by other real estate agents. From showing us the apartment we're renting to dealing with the occasional repairs, Amit has always been very responsive and has gone above and beyond the call of duty. We have really appreciated your expert knowledge about the Kings Cross area and your honesty and openness. We would definitely call Amit for our future property letting and buying needs.

Amit and Toby at Arlinton Estates were fantastic and if ever we rent or sell our property, we would hire them immediately. Amit showed us not only the flat we were looking to buy but took the time to show us the area and how it might work for us. He was courteous, punctual and informative and we put in an offer straight away. He and Toby also helped us secure the flat with constant communication, returning calls immediately and offering sound advice. They are the best estate agents we have ever dealt with and we would recommend them wholeheartedly and confidently to anyone. They also have very good cupcakes at their charity raising events.

I have found Arlington Estates better than the average agent. They are very helpful and efficient, going out of their way to help you. Their rates are also better than other agents. They find really good tenants and this helps too!
I would not hesistate to recommend them.

Arlington Estates have rented out my property for nearly four years and throughout have provided a highly professional service. They have always been prompt, communicative and courteous and when issues have arisen they have dealt with them expertly with a high level of diplomacy and diligence. I was introduced to Arlington’s when looking for a new property and they found my "ideal" flat. Unfortunately, my circumstances didn't allow me to pursue the purchase; however the service during the potential purchase and aftercare after I pulled out offered by Arlington’s was impressive as they were understanding and considerate. I would not hesitate in recommending them if you are looking to buy or even sell a property.

Arlington Estates have been my Lettings Agent since 2005. They are always highly professional.
They are very efficient at finding good quality tenants and are keen to help if any problems occur.
I have not had any significant void periods and they look after the tenants well.

I am a landlord and Arlington Estates look after my property. Their commission is lower than the 'big' agents and as a smaller operation their personal service is hard to beat. They manage my property and problems are dealt with immediately and without excess expenditure. This has enabled me to retain good tenants with excellent references.

As a landlord, I have used Arlington Estates for 2 separate tenancies. On each occasion, they found me high quality professional tenants, and quickly. Also, their back-office is really efficient. Amit and Bina are a pleasure to deal with. I can highly recommend their professional service.

Terrible. They failed to do a gas check, resulting in a major gas leak. We had no electricity and our heating was out from the beginning and they didn't fix it for 6 months.
At the end they took loads of money from us. Do not go with them.

Worst agency I've ever met as a Tenant. Their service prices extremely high, but if you need their help they literally don't do anything for you. Unreliable and careless. Avoid this agency!!!

I am a landlord in the Islington/Kings X area and have been using Arlingtons now for a number of years and I have to say that their service just seems to get more professional with time. My void periods are kept to a minimum and communication is efficient and prompt via e-mail and mobile phone calls, cannot reccomend highly enough.
