Terrible. They failed to do a gas check, resulting in a major gas leak. We had no electricity and our heating was out from the beginning and they didn't fix it for 6 months.
At the end they took loads of money from us. Do not go with them.
Worst people I have ever dealt. Fulfil every stereotype of estate agents.Was this review helpful? Yes

Worst agency I've ever met as a Tenant. Their service prices extremely high, but if you need their help they literally don't do anything for you. Unreliable and careless. Avoid this agency!!!

I am a landlord in the Islington/Kings X area and have been using Arlingtons now for a number of years and I have to say that their service just seems to get more professional with time. My void periods are kept to a minimum and communication is efficient and prompt via e-mail and mobile phone calls, cannot reccomend highly enough.

Their team is great and have helped me find a new place. Very patient and succint service, no problems throughout the tenancy, which is why I am staying with them.

I am a landlord of several properties acros Islington. I used Arlington Estates for one of my lets and now use them more frequatly and would always refer them to friends and family as the personal attention and professional approach was 2nd to none.
