It is unbelievable! I am a cash buyer and made an offer for a property in Highgate with the estate agent Ashcombe and Ringland. The offer was accepted by the vendor very quickly since it was almost by the asking price. The details of our solicitor were already given the next day in order to liaise with the paperwork. Two days after the offer had been accepted I received an unpleasant phone call from the manager, saying that it had been rejected. Apparently they wanted the full asking price but she didn’t apologise or give me the opportunity to renegotiate the offer. They were inflexible and erratic in arranging to schedule a second viewing of the property too. It is bizarre, because the property is still on sale and hasn’t received any offer up to this date.
I wouldn’t recommend this estate agent to any sensible buyer. You will waste your time and find it a struggle to arrange meetings. I also warn vendors that potential buyers will be bullied, discouraged and forced to give up.

I tried to buy a property through this estate agent and they treated me the most ruthless way. Angie is the most incompetent and unprofessional estate agent I have ever seen. I am still shocked by their attitude
I would like to warn all vendors who would like to have business with this estate agent. They put prospective buyers off. It is incredible!

I have found ******* of the Finchley Office totally incompetent, rude and unprofessional.
I would not recommend this agent to anyone in Finchley unless you fancy a nasty experience. The agent is not worth trusting with your property.Admin note: Agent's name has been removed.
