We viewed three properties with this letting agency. The estate agent we met was clueless and could not answer most of our questions-e.g. roughly how much is council tax, who looked after the communal garden, was it gas or electrically heated, from when was it available etc etc. His reply to each question was ring the office. He gave us the wrong price for one of the properties. We then proceeded to ring the office and they were not able to answer the questions either and we were asked to phone back after the weekend. We were not awkward or fussy and met five other estate agents all of whom we found fine to deal with.
