    Always polite and helpful throughout my tenancy, respecting my privacy and treating me fairly. Overall I was happy to rent from them for several years.

    Any problems I did have were mainly down to other tenants or the building owner dragging their feet on repairs, but Andrews Snape staff were always fine and were good about keeping me updated on things.

    Signing the rental agreement, check-in and check-out were all quick, painless and straightforward, with reasonable fees and charges.

    We rented from Andrews Snape & co for a period of 2 years, on leaving we got a thank-you for leaving the place tidy and no quibbles about the return of our deposit.

    In that time we were with them, we had a couple of issues (at one point graffiti on the outside of the house, and when we moved in the dishwasher appeared to have been melted) one phonecall and they arranged the mess to be delt with.

    The staff in the office were always polite and actually seemed to care, and actually called back !!

    Would definitely return as a customer to ASC, its a shame our current agents are the polar opposite.
