We contacted Andrews as we had bought our house originally from them seven years ago and remembered them being helpful and efficient. We're glad that we sold our house through them as Matthew was professional and proactive and sold our house within a fortnight. He made really sensible suggestions as to how to show our house at its best and always gave plenty of warning before viewings. He also kept us regularly updated and recommended a solicitor that we are now using and very happy with.

I've used this branch in my hunt for the perfect house. I was registered with several estate agents but I have to say this branch and especially Matthew stood out for his professionalism and how proactive he was. He also suggested we'd use Andrew's mortgage advisor, Anna. She was a great help in sorting out our finances!

I have not bought through Andrews but have been dealing with Mathew, I have found him to be extremely professional, punctual, informative and a generally friendly guy. I also believe Andrews, in my experience, are by far the most accomodating agent in the area.

We sold recently through Andrews in a difficult financial time. There service has been faultless. They are honest, good communicators and excellent negotiators. We dealt with Tracey,Steph, Jim and Matthew who were all very professional at all times. I would definitely recommenrd them out of all the Agents within the village.

We have used Andrews as they are honest, customer orientated and very helpful in all aspects of selling a property, we have been selling during a difficult time and it has made the whole process easier for us. The communication is excellent, even if there is no real information or positive information we still always had a call on the time stated by either Matthew or Jim. They take time at the start if the process to go through all the small print and to explain how the process will work. Out of the agents in the area I wuld definately recommend Andrews over the rest.

This particular branch of Andrews is helpful, friendly professional and to us, the service did feel personal and genuine. We felt as thought they really cared about finding us our next house and were really pleased and happy for us when we did.
Keith (Assistant Branch Manager) is outstanding in terms of his customer care, patience and professionalism. As too is Tony - we always felt like they really knew what was going on rather than blagging it!
They have the biggest profile in the immediate area so as well as Andrews being a big hitter in Bath, they are definitely the ones to sell with in Newbridge / Weston.
They also value fairly and are honest and realistic whilst quite clearly working for your interests. From our experience, I would trust them and would recommend them to others looking either to buy or sell.

We recently sold our property in Bath using Andrews Estate Agents (Newbridge Branch), all the staff involved offer us a professional and very efficient service selling our property within six days of placing it on the market. We would certainly advise potential sellers to contact Andrews before any other estate agent. Well done Andrews.

Friendly yet honest & direct I believed in Andrews although I didn't like what was being said. Nevertheless I trusted them and indeed sold my house & found another better & for less than I expected. The whole experience was a revelation. Nathan will definitely be selling my next house!

The previous review of the Bishopston branch could have been written by us! The staff worked really hard to chase all the parts in our chain when we were being messed around by our vendor and managed to help us retain our buyers despite pressure from them. They were really good at keeping us informed and the staff that deserve a special mention are Tori, Matt, Donna and the Manager Stuart.

We could not have sold and bought our house without the perseverance and support of the manager and staff at Andrews in Bishopston. They managed to sort out all the lawyers and other estate agents in our chain when we were at the end of our tether with the whole process and were ready to give up. We can't recommend them highly enough, they were friendly, hard working and enthusiastic when we were at our lowest ebb and they earned every penny of their commission. Thanks guys.

They are very rude and unprofessional - they confirmed to us they would show us three properties. We live quite far away from Purley and we were running a bit late. When I told them we would be twenty minutes late, they got really aggressive and told me they would not be able to show any property on that day (turned out that they only arranged one viewing for us). They never rearranged the viewing for the first property, but arranged a couple of viewings for the following day.

I cannot say how good these guys were. They were instrumental in not only selling my flat, but secured a very difficult purchase within a very tight time scale. I really didn't expect to say this but they were truly worth their weight in gold.

Don't ever be tempted to put your home on the market with Andrews. They over-valued my property massively then lied when I complained and have been appalling on communication. The most stressful and unpleasant experience I have had in years!

Actually, I didn't sell through Andrews. I tried but eventually had to put the flat on with another agent. Andrews also arranged my conveyancing. Only later did I discover that the conveyancer had paid Andrews nearly

Absolutely awful. The manager (Carey) was very patronising & did not seem in the slightest bit interested in whether the sale was progressing even when my own buyer pulled out after many warnings as the process was taking too long. When I got a new buyer & put a revised (only slightly lower) offer in, I was told the seller wasn't making any money on the property at the price i was offering - like the downturn in the market is my fault?! Anyway I was fed up and didn't want to lose my second sale so I pulled out altogether, as it turned out they did me a favour as the housing market has since bombed! I would never ever go near them again and would think twice about buying from them even if the house of my dreams was for sale through them

Moved home a week ago and I must say that having bought and sold many homes before, I was impressed, VERY Impressed! Kept in touch, gave honest and solid advice and did what I asked. Sold the house without fuss! When I can face moving again I will, without doubt use Andrews Longwell Green again.

Unfortunately I used Andrews Estate Agents to sell my house. I would never recommend these people, not even to my worst enemy. They should get a grip and deliver a basic level of competence! Dont use Andrews Estate Agent! Steer CLEAR!

We employed Andrews Estate agents to sell our home. BIG mistake! We've had to do all the chasing because they've refused to update us. They've done nothing but sit on their A@!@ and done the very little.
They are very hostile - especially the Manager Jayne Wood - I read another review today where she actually swore at a customer. Not professional!
Avoid like the plaque! Next stop - Ombudsman!

Unfortunately our car would not start on that day, and I contacted the agent that we would not be able to come. Today I received a voicemail message saying that they would not arrange any further viewings for me and that they would take off my name from the register, as I did not go to see the properties. I would understand them if I did not call them at all and ignored the arranged viewings but I left a voicemail message (nobody answered calls as it was Sunday) and sent them an e-mail explaining the situation (I was quite upset about the car not starting up). They just told me to contact them if I would not be able to go to see the properties and they never explained to me that they would remove my registration if I cancel the viewings. The voicemail message was really rude, as if I had done something wrong, while they just did not do their job properly.
