I done some work that they said that desperately needed done the next day so I arrived at the agreed time. They were not there. Called them they asked my to carry on so I done the work sent an invoice and was totally ignored. Refused to answer my calls and when I said if they did not pay me I would take my equipment back suddenly they replied in minutes not to me but to my office saying I had threatened them which was completely untrue proved by the emails.
Don't do any work for them as they will try everything to not pay you and also are rude and think that nobody else's business matters only theirs.

Very little care and professionalism shown by Andrew Milsom Letting. Overall the service provided was very poor.

We contacted this agent to view a house they were advertising. We asked that the viewing be arranged for between 9am-3pm as we collect children from school at 3.30pm. After waiting over a day, the rather pompous Andrew Milsom called back having arranged the viewing for 3.30pm! He then re-arranged it for 4.30pm and when we said we couldn't make that time, he simply tutted and hung up. This agent is a snob. Unless you are spending
