I have dealt with this estate agent and at first they were very nice and friendly and helpful. But giving them my money has actually showed who they truly are. I was so annoyed, frustrated, peeved...you name it all! First, they posted a week's rent in their advertisement online. But during the signing of contract, they changed it into monthly which was actually higher than the one they've posted.That should have been enough to raise the red flag. Their service is terrible: their contract did not match at all what we had asked for, then they disrespected us when we asked questions about weird things appearing in the contract, they put pressure on us whenever we doubted of their agreement "If you are not happy you can juste leave and we will find someone else" !!!!!!). Just ridiculously rude and disrespectful and not truthful.
We did not rent their flat in the end because the whole agreement semed way too dodgy. I would recommend, if you really like one of their flats, to read the conract VERY carefully as you might find yourself with problems. (For instance, we had asked for a tenant's 9 months breakclause, they said yes then in the contract have put a 6 months LANDLORD breakclause which meant if we had signed without reading properly we could have been thrown out of our flat 3 months too soon.

Very Honest People
I spoke to these folks a few times before dropping by their office and I found them very warm and enthusiastic. I never felt under any pressure, whilst they seemed willing to go to a lot of trouble to be helpful. They seem to be local to Shepherds Bush and really know the area.

I agree with the previous reviews, awful estate agent. They weren't even operating legally!

I rented through this agency last year. They were unprofessional, when we asked them to do something they would put it off and off. Only when one of us went to the office would they do what we had asked. The lied to us and were not good on either their written or spoken word.
They have are now operating under a different name - Amber and Co, but its the same operation.
I wish i had looked at the previous comments before doing business with them.

Terrible service with regards to tennants!!! Do not deal with this cowboy outfit! Very dishonest, disorganised, unprofessional and do not abide by the terms agreed either verbally or in tenancy agreements. I have yet to come across such a badly run letting agency. They don't even meet basic legal landlord requirements! Would not deal with them again and would recommend you don't either!

 before they came to check on the flat. They left with the promise to mend it but that was only after another months of waiting, with me going to their office to remind them, another personal complaint to the landlord and a very very rude and unprofessional phone call from one of their agents! Can you believe this arrogant agent phoned me and instead of apologizing for their incompetence and endless lies, had actually the gall to yell at me for going to the landlord instead of them!
