I have been with Allen & Crane Estates for over three years now and have found them approachable and very hard working. My house has always been tenanted and rent always in on time. Invoices sent on time and updates frequent and meaningful.

Very very good agents whom I can heartily recommend.

We sold our house last April with Allen and Crane. Scott and Liz were both extremely professional and did everything possible to make our sale go through smoothly. Unlike many other agents they saw to all the viewings rather than taking the commission and letting us sell the house.

We found them so helpful we recommended them to our friends.

When viewing the flat initially Scott turned up an hour late, I had to keep ringing the agent to get updates on when he would arrive.

The inventory was never done, the landlord changed but Allen and Crane failed to notify me and the payments went to the wrong landlord.

Took 2 months to send a plumber to fix a leaking toilet.

After vacating the property took over two months to get my deposit back.
