I agree with John. These are the worst estate agents I have ever had. The staff are pleasent but cannot make decisions and the owners refuse to speak to you on the basis you'll eventually go away.

My property came back in pieces. They also change the locks on my property 3 times and made unlawful deductions of rent.

Very poor and rude staff, property returned in poor condition under their letting scheme, don't honor what they say, make unfair deduction in rents on many occassions.
