My wife and I found this property through James in 2011 and experienced a smooth transaction and move in. There were few problems and any that did arise then or since have been dealt with speedily and efficiently by his reliable and trustworthy team of workmen. It has been a pleasurable and hassle-free experience to deal with Albert Hall Estates.

We moved into this beautiful apartment a few months ago and are delighted with the treatment we have received from the agent. Everything has gone very smoothly and there have been no issues of any note.

It is companies like Albert Hall who give the industry a bad name. I have rented properties for the last 12 years and never had any problems. Albert Hall on the other have to be constantly nannied to get anything done. The most basic administrative errors made repeatedly, incorrect documentation, inability to sort out maintenance on the property without pestering. I have wasted a lot of time over the last few years following up on their mistakes and never had an apology. The staff are rude and I look forward to the contract ending so I can move to a new agent.

As a landlord living abroard I rely on Albert Hall Estates to look after my flat in Fulham. Their good at finding tenants fast and maintaining everything without me having to get involved which is just what I need. I'm buying another place soon and plan to have it managed the same.
It's all hand off on my part and with reasonable fees so I'm pleased.

I'm surprised by the other reviews here. Albert Hall has been pretty good to me. They made sure some maintenance was done that I nagged the landlord about for aaages... had it sorted right away. Also they dealt with the rowdy neighbours upstairs saving me the embarrasment! They've been super helpful and great overall so far.

rude, useless, money-grabbing thieves they didnt fix a simple leak even though they were told about it several times, until it became a huge leak, then had the audacity to try to sneak in hidden costs from the deposit. awful!

To anyone who is looking to have a service provided by Albert Hall Estates - please DO NOT. Do your research and discover that this company has a very bad track record with many of its clients. You will come away angry, disappointed and much, much poorer.
The staff are unprofessional, aggressive and will hoodwink you for all they can get. The company pray on vulnerable individuals, especially if you are a student or lone renter. It is best to stay clear from Albert Hall Estate’s unreasonable, unfair practices which will eventually lead to a long, dispute driven process.

Easily the worst agents of any kind I have ever had the misfortune to use.
Very poor service. They have a blant disregard for customers who have put their signatures down!!
We still haven't received deposit back and will be undertaking legal action - when things get serious they go very quiet.
I don't expect this ugly operation to see the year out.

Just the absolute worst people in the game. Gave us a whole song and dance about how you can't screw people over in this business and then did exactly what they said they wouldn't. I would advise anyone against using this agency.

A disgrace for all the letting agents who do their job properly. I can count the number of lies and inaccuracies I have been told. The staff is rude, aggressive, threatening especially with defenseless customers. They do not deserve your time and your money folk.

Please don't rent any property from this estate agent. They will charge you at least 1000

Found Albert Hall Estate Agents to be totally unprofessional. I myself work in the industry and it is agents like ***** ****** who give agents a bad name. Would never use such a cowboy company again.

A very crafty group of people especially Mr. James Watson who will take the shirt off your back if you take your eyes off him for a second. Best avoided like the plague!

I would totally not recommend Albert Hall Estates as I am currently suing them for breach of contrat. They lied to me and owe me money that they refuse to pay back. They are just a crafty bunch, especially Mr Charles Lang and Mr James Watson. You're better off avoiding them!!!
