Had a good experiece working co-ordinating with Malay from getting a nice property to rent, to living for more than a year and finally a comfortable handover of the property back to the agent.
Highly recommended letting agent. Sure to co-ordinate in future.

Albert Grace, presented by Mr. Malay is a very good rental agent to deal with.
Over all the time I have been renting with him, I never had to worry about any problems as he was always there to sort them out. Especially in the UK market this makes quite a big difference as normally real estate agents over here are a bit pushy and not reliable at all. Malay Shah did not over-rate my property, like so many other agents trying to get my business. He was honest and truthful. He told me what the property needed to have done to it before putting it on the market. I was not in a hurry. This was a year prior to our sale.
After I personally renovated my house, I remembered the helpful nature and honest analysis of Malay Shah, so decided to contact him again to act as my agent, now that I was ready to sell.
THE HOUSE SOLD WITHIN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS! The result speaks for itself.
Malay Shah was professional throughout, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in need of the services provided by Albert Grace.

After years with a different estate agent, I turned to Albert Grace after a very bad experience. Malay Shah and his team are God sent - they treat every client like they are the only client on the book. Customer service is their number one focus and that goes for the tenants also. Albert Grace handles every part of managing my properties and I'm very happy with them. They give me peace of mind. By far, the best estate agent i have ever dealt with and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have got a good experience with Albert Grace. Apart from being professional Mr Shah provides also very friendly service, always helpful and fast in organising whatever is needed.
My relatives had a property related problem and he gave me very helpful advice as to what they can do to deal with the issue. He seems to know what he is talking about, having an extensive knowledge about property law.
I belive that property agents should look after not only landlords, but also tenants. I can definitely say that Albert Grace looks after their tenants. Well done!Was this review helpful? Yes

Malay Shah provided critical first time buyer advice, mortgage advice and generally answered questions with regards to our purchase of property in Portsmouth. fantastic company, honest, hard-working and smart working people. they manage all our properties and they approach the management of our assets from all view points, of insurance, mortgage, health and safety compliance, gas safety reminders, and long term stability of our portfolio and rental returns.

simply brilliant.i have been using them for a few years now,really honest-hard working staff and management,diffrent from USUAL agents who provide USUAL service,they actually ARE HONEST.they take care of your property as if it was their own,never promise what they can not deliver,never cheat either the landlord or the tenant,lowest fees i have seen,normally for a seasoned landlord like me,it is practically impossible to praise an agent,but albert grace are worthy of it.
