Dreadful Agency. Charged 10% of annual rent to find, credit check and take up references for prospective tenants. Discovered after no references had been taken up and the credit check was done after the tenants had signed contracts and moved into property. Was also informed by Agent that the tenants were professionals working in the City that were transferring to London with work. They did not inform me that the tenants were leaving their city to come to London to look for work!! Totally misled and lied to. The agency is not a member of ARLA despite their claims to be, only the Agency manager is a member. Reported to the Ombudsman and NAEA in the end. Avoid at all costs, they will lie to you, rob you and you will end up with nightmare tenants. This was my experience.
