I sold a house through the Alastair Hodge Agency in Epsom and have nothing but praise with their service. Wayne, the branch Director, gave me a realistic valuation on my property, rather than Personal Agent and Cairds who were blatantly over inflating the price just to get my property on their books!!
Within 6 weeks, Wayne had sold my property and kept me fully informed of feedback and gave me advice to make the property more saleable. Despite the chain nearly collapsing at the last minute, the agent managed to talk sense to the buyer and kept the deal live.
Worth every penny and I would not use any other agency in Epsom again.

Fantastic, professional, first class service. Alastair Hodge & Wayne Butcher are a real credit to the industry. I was selling through another agent when found through thier agency who believed they were number 1 in town. Would be proud to recommend to friends and family. Thanks again guys.
