The agent requested payment for a call out charge. the agent is always professional but informal and pleasant to deal with. the service is efficient and is minimal in stress . The agent is courteous I have been dealing with agent for several years and im pleased with the service

I found Zain to be very proactive in obtaining a tenant for the property. He is knowledgable and professional in his manner. He also assisted in obtaining furniture for the tenants at a minimal cost. I would recommend him for further services.

I utilised the services of Ludlow Thompson to rent out my flat. Zain Hussein was the agent tasked with aiding me in this respect. I found Zain to be realistic in his evaluation and very professional in his dealings with me. He would always inform me of any change of circumstances or cancellations etc well in advance. He was also very helpful with the completion of all the relevant certificates required for rental purposes

Zain was great with making our move as easy and stress free as possible - and gave us both helpful and truthful advice - which is always a huge bonus. Zain has been most helpful from the beginning when we moved in. This was the first property my flatmates and I had rented and he guided us through the process and was always there to answer any questions we had regarding fees, contract etc. Since we moved in Zain has always been there if we have had any problems or issues with the property and has acted as a lisaion for us sometimes with the landlord to help us have repairs carried out quicker. Zain is friendly and approachable and has made the whole rental process so much easier for us and I would definitely want to go through him and have his help when renting a property again.

When our tenancy was due to end, Zain was extremely helpful and informed us of the correct procedure for handing in our keys etc. He gave fair and well informed advice which proved invaluable when there was a dispute regarding the return of our deposit. Even though we only dealt with Zain when we were moving out of the property, he was very considerate when arranging viewings and always took our convenience into account and arranged viewings around our exam and revision schedule. He was always pleasant to talk to and maintained a professional approach at all times which made the handing over of the property a lot easier.

Thank you for the wonderful help that was provided to us. Firstly from Rhena for showing us the property. And secondly to Zain who was extremely helpful every step of the way. Always quick to respond to any questions we had and also taking the time to help us out as this is our first property since moving to London from Australia and he took the time to explain everything in detail and help with here step of the way. It was extremely easy to deal with you and are very satisfied with everything. It\'s the small things that make the difference and you went above and beyond to help us out and make us feel welcome when we finally got through the process. Would highly recommend you to anyone and would definitely deal with you again.

I rate Rhena Begum 9 /10 - reasons: when i applied to register at the tooting office to view a 3 bedroom house at tooting. The agent made me feel wellcome - she first asked what i wanted and registered all my details on the the system - i was also asked what my budget was and what sort of property i require / time scale for rental - which was good - We viewed the property - agent was on time, explained everything in the house etc - i also received a text and email remainder which helped. although i liked the property - my wife was unnable to view on time etc. Agent still continued to provide me via email details of other properties for rental. her personality oral and written communication was spot on - understood what she was talking about.

Zain Hussain has helped let out my property in a professional manner. Zain helped in negotiating the rent and also helped in recommending a Gas Safe engineer who completed an EPC and installation of a new boiler.

I am the mother of one of the tenants and my daughter recently moved out of a property. Zain was extremely helpful as we had several problems with the landlord and he helped deal with these. He went out of his way and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied while remaining very professional. Zain also helped with looking for a new property to rent and he always tried his absolute best to meet our needs. He was very friendly and always willing to help and I would recommend him to any prospective tenant.
