Leonard and Joey has helped me to find the perfect flat to me and my partner. they took care of us, and they even came and helped me to fix my boiler at my first night in the flat, though its not part of their job.

I have recently looked for properties in the West Hampstead and contacted this agency for a specific flat they had. The property was not available so I said to the agents that I would contact them if I saw anything else I liked. Although I insisted that I would contact them and asked them not to send me more emails with other flats, the agents kept sending me emails with properties that were not interesting for me (I said this several times to the agents yet they kept emailing me.) I find the attitude quite aggressive and unhelpful. I emailed the agent saying so and they came back being even more aggressive. I would not recommend this agency.

Both members were responsive to our requirements, and very quickly found us a property. They worked effectively, as a team, and chased up the landlord as required. They also had good support for the process of referencing and getting all the paperwork done. They were cordial and clear in their communication at all times. They helped us find and move into the property to rent in a very short time. I would recommend them very highly and definitely use them again.

Being new to the London property market, we needed someone experienced to help us set up and manage our rental. Leonard proved an absolute godsend - he did all the necessary groundwork and provided us with plenty of guidance. Living in the country means we cannot check our property ourselves, and again, Leonard has handled everything in an extremely professional and proactive manner. Having had negative experiences with other real estate agencies, we cannot recommend Michael Leonard Estates highly enough!

Michael Leonard Estates are by far the best agents we have encountered throughout the years with impeccable friendly, professional and highly informative customer service. Leonard Wood actually managed to make our house-hunt a pleasant and enjoyable experience, quickly finding us a lovely 1 bedroom flat and helping us negotiate a great rate. We recently rented a one-bedroom flat through Michael Leonard. We found working with Michael Leonard to have been the most positive experience we have had with a Lettings Agent - we were particularly impressed with the personal touch that both Leonard and Joey displayed in their dealings. We found them to be professional, personable and efficient in their efforts for us. We\'d certainly hope to deal with Michael Leonard again in the future - highly recommended!

Leonard had my flat rented out within a week of our initial meeting and in that difficult pre-Xmas rental period too. I had been trying to find suitable tenants on my own with no success for the past few weeks. Communication was great throughout and I found Leonard to be very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He was also extremely diligent with the paperwork. The whole process was made as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Michael Leonard Estates and I will definitely use them again to find tenants in the future.

I found my current 2 bed-room flat in west hampstead through Michael Leonard Estates last september. People worked there were very friendly, maybe because it\'s not a chain estate agent they were very responsible, understanded our current situation and budget. We were very lucky went to the agency on the day the flat came out. Actually Michael himself helped us through the deal, contacted the landlord abt the price etc etc. There\'s a few problems after we moved in bt it has been sort out by the landlord. Over all it\'s one of the best agency in the area.

After giving notice on our old flat and having a rental agreement fall through, we walked into Michael Leonard Estates and within a few hours had been found our dream house. This was no accident... Leonard takes a detailed specification of the property you\'re looking for, and unlike other estate agents, he will contact all his local contacts in the industry to find every available property that meets your needs - including those that haven\'t yet been advertised! Within days we saw positive progress and the reference checks were carried out much more quickly and effectively than with other estate agents. What\'s more, Leonard is a friendly, helpful man who is happy to provide delicious coffee and talk through exactly what to expect and what your rental options are. Be sure to visit this tiny little estate agents office to save an awful lot of time and headaches if you\'re looking to rent in West Hampstead.

Leonard acted as our agent for a property we rented. We had been using other agents in the area but decided to stick with Leonard because of his professionalism and good attitude to help us find a home. In the latter part of the process we dealt with Joey who was also very charming and helpful. We would recommend his services to anyone looking to rent a place!

Having been transferred to my current employer\'s London office from Scotland, we made enquiries about various properties advertised on the internet. We set up around 10 viewings for the one day through various Estate Agents located in North West London. We found Leonard to be extremely friendly, helpful, open and honest. We felt confident that everything he was telling us was true and in the case of the property we ended up renting, everything he told us, includeing very a very positive opinion of our prospective Landlord proved to be completely true. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Leonard Estates to any prospective tenant or buyer.

Leonard Wood provided me with a good range of properties in NW6 within my price range that were immediately available. The landlord has proved helpful to my requests on all occasions, and I\'m a satisfied tenant some 9 months later. Leonard gave me every assistance to make a necessarily quick move smooth. He facilitated the negotiations quickly and made sure that I was kept informed throughout in a timely and always courteous fashion.

We moved from US to London and had very little time find a flat to rent. We contacted several real estate agents and Joey Carr of Michael Leonard was first to respond. He showed me several properties and they all matched our criteria. I was new to London I didn\'t know how to rent and what\'s required. Joey was extremely patient with me and explained everything. He picked up the phone every time I called and answered emails immediately. He and his manager Leonard are also very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and helped feel comfortable in it.

I was delighted that the agent found tenants immediately upon giving him the instruction. He managed to achieve a good rental rate for the property and showed a keen interest to get everything right by visiting the flat on numerous occasions thereby ensuring that the flat was being decorated to a standard to suit both landlord and tenant. Overall, I would highly recomment Leonard Wood to anyone looking for tenants or, for that matter I am sure, tenants looking for properties to rent

Leonard has been really helpful whilst we were looking for a property to rent in Chalk Farm area. He presented us with a very nice flat, which was right in our budget and exactly what we wanted. He has been able to correctly understand what we wanted. he also managed to negotiate the price down to what we could afford. The signing process was seemless and we were very confident in signing with him. At a time when we wanted to vacate the property (after 2 years), he took a neutral position between us and the landlord in order to facilitate the process of leaving the property. Leonard has acted as a trusted agent all along and I certainly would recommend working with him.

Having instructed the firm on one letting well within their area, I was asked about other properties out of their immediate area and with some lateral thinking on Leonard\'s part, they were able to source an eminently suitable tenant who has subsequently renewed their tenancy - all in all a good all round service, with a very hands on and positive approach, to ensure future business from landlords!

I was looking for a 2 bedroom property in North London, primarily West Hampstead or Kilburn. Both Leonard and Joey were so helpful in finding me and my friend a great place. From the minute we walked into their office on Saturday morning, they were very friendly and accommodating. By the end of the week they had found us several possibilities, one of which we made an offer on. Although the offer was rejected by the landlord, they were both very supportive throughout the entire process, and I thank them profusely! Definitely recommended!!

I moved to London about a year ago. After having a horrible experience with a letting agency in West London, I contacted Michael Leonard to look for a different property. Not only did Leonard Wood help me find the beautiful flat that we were looking for and a great landlord, but he also helped us with advice about the horrible experience we had had with the previous agency. I truly believe that my first year in London would have been very different if it hadn\'t been for Michael Leonard. Having the right house and trusting your landlord and agency is crucial when moving to such a big city and they most certainly facilitated this. So thank you very much!

I was searching for a 1 bedroom apartment in the Marylebone area. Leonard was very responsive in my initial call and was willing to show me the apartment at a moments notice. I was very happy with the property and Leonard was very prompt in organising the contract and explaining/negotiating the terms of the agreement with me. He was a very kind and trustworthy agent. I appreciated his help and will definitely use him for both lettings and sales in the future. 5 of out 5 stars!!

I was hunting for a 1 bedroom apartment in St Johns wood/west hampstead/ swiss cottage area and tried looking at places through several agents. But Michael Leonard clearly was a cut above the rest in working with me right from adjusting to my timings, carefully going through my requirements before suggesting properties and scheduling viewings - sounds basic but a lot of other agents dont do it. Leonard found us a beautiful apartment within our budget which both I and my wife love. Would be very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Leonard Wood at Michael Leonard Estates was exceptional in showing me a flat that exactly matched what I was looking for in the location that I wanted. I have been living in the flat for over a year now, and I am really delighted with it. Leonard also really pulled out all the stops to make sure I could move in within a very short space of time. Leonard was an absolute pleasure to deal with and he made my rental experience stress free at at time when I was also completing a property sale.
