I have been dealing with Jay Hayden in the process of finalising my tenancy at the property, after it had been sold. Jay has made sure that both my flatmate and I have stayed informed as to the stages at which the sale was, though it was not his responsibility. Throughout our dealings he remained very helpful and went out of his way to make the process as easy and stressfree for us as possible. Jay always maintains a friendly demeanour and is professional and communicative. He is easy to get in touch with and responds to any query in the shortest possible time. It is obvious Jay enjoys his job, as it translates into his incredibly positive attitude towards customers. It was an absolute pleasure having an agent like Jay.

I dealt with Martin and Wright for the last 4 years as a tenant and they were always very professional, they found me a really nice to place to live and the transaction was very smooth, I would highly recommend them to someone looking for a place around west hampstead !

We used Martin and Wright to view several properties before choosing our current property with them. They were all very helpful and listened to our requirements and feedback during viewings. Jay has always been friendly and happy to help and Susan deals with queries efficiently.

I was urgently looking for a flat, and with the help of Jay and Claudia they managed to get me into a suitable property within 2 weeks. Jay was extremely helpful in emailing me suitable properties to view and understood that I am unable to answer my phone during the workday and sending me emails instead. Claudia handled all the paperwork and was extremely efficient and organised, being able to sort all the references and other documentation before my move date. They are also both very friendly and helpful throughout the whole tenancy arrangement.

The agent was very professional from start to finish, arrived on time and was very pleasant, answering all of our questions about the property and elaborating on her answer where necessary. I also found that she was very receptive to our requests and tried her best to make them a reality, her generals net was on of the reasons we decided to take the property.

Having used numerous agents over the past few years, I was pleasantly surprised at my experience with Martin & Wright. Chloe Martin was extremely helpful, professional and likeable - resulting in a hassle free and enjoyable property search. Everything was completed in a highly efficient, quick and organised way. Jay Hayden organised the initial appointment at the property in question and was also very professional and helpful. Would definitely use Martin & Wright again in the future and will certainly recommend them.

Martin& Wright offer excellent back up service to landlords that cannot be around at all times in all areas of the business... Excellent maintenance help, deposit protection, excellent tenant and landlord communications... competeive commission\'s structure. As a Landlord I have used them for over 10 years and I am very happy with them...the best in West Hampstead agents

We have used services of Jay recently to find a flat for rent. Refreshingly for the first time in my life I came across an estate agent who was extremely professional and efficient. He took time to list to exactly what we wanted and with his help we found a flat after the first viewing. Great service & we will definitely use his services again and it is worth mentioning that we are returning customers as he found us the first flat we were living in as well.

When I met Jay Hayden at the first viewing he was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely keen for me to find the right property. He had 4 properties to show me that were all suitably within my price range and fitted my criteria perfectly. Jay drove me to two different locations and allowed me to view 4 flats, all within the space of an hour. I immediately found what I was looking for and Jay was excellent in helping my offer and subsequent paperwork to be quickly processed. Jay also accommodated my preferred methods of payment as well as my tenancy commencement date. His communication was excellent and provided a professional, friendly and all round pleasant experience for something that can often be quite stressful, ie finding a new property at short notice. Would definitely reccommend.

I have been very impressed with the support and deadication shown by Chole and Ray at Martin & Wright in helping my boyfriend and I find a rented flat. In comparasion to other agents they were in contact frequently with new lettings and when it counted they fought to secure our new flat.

My first dealings with Jay were in reponse to my online email enquiry. From initial contact Jay was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure that unlike so many other letting agents, he wasn\'t going to bombard me with useless, irrelevent emails or contact us about properties which were outside our specifications. Really helpful from the moment I was in contact with them. Agreed to meet me and show me a range of properties on very short notice. Answered all the questions I had without hesitation. Based on our profile, Jay Hayden showed us exactly the kind of property we were looking for. We didn\'t waste time for looking at properties which didn\'t meet our most relevant requirements (this experience we had unfortunately made with other estate agent companies before). He was very competent, took his time and could answer all our questions. He didn\'t put any pressure on us to accelerate our decision. In the ongoing process we dealt with Peter Martin who did a great job in negotiating with the landlord. His help was substantial to make us realize our prefered moving date (which was later than the landlord would have wished for). He integrated our pov in the tenancy agreement and made us feel, that he was on our side. He took a lot of time to explain us the contract (we are not native English speakers) and made us feel completely comfortable signing it.

I have death with Martin & Wright on and off for over 7 years, they have placed me into 3 different rental properties in the West Hampstead area. Moving is stressful enough as it is and every time I have moved Jay Hayden has been incredibly professional, knowledgable and also such a great support for the whole process, from understanding your preferences in looking for a new home right to arranging viewings etc and right down to the whole reference, deposit, new landlord process as well as lease renewals. They would have to be the most friendly estate agent in the area and I am sure the best estate agent further afield. All estate agents should base their companies ion Martin & Wright. I cannot recommend them enough, they have been a please to deal with over the many years I have rented in the area.

We dealt with Chloe in the office who was well informed about all of the properties; she was also helpful and efficient concerning procedures and requirements; this was particularly helpful to us as we have come to the area for medical treatment and the whole process of renting is new to us. Jay was highly efficient in dealing with the contract side of things and generally the whole process ran very smoothly.
