I have worked for Paramount for six years and really enjoy my role in property management. I love being based in West Hampstead as there are lots of independent shops on the high street. That said, my favourite place to visit is probably Nandos!

Both Mark and Hayley have always been very reactive, very quick and professional in their dealings with us. This has resulted in absolutely minimal involvement for us, and the paperwork is very clear and easy to understand. I believe the tenants must feel the same as they have stayed for over 6 years! Not that there have been no problems - but it is the way they have dealt with them that has given us the confidence to stay with them - well over 10 years now. We would certainly not go anywhere else and I would recommend them very highly.

Hayley is good at dealing with issues promptly and always gets back to e-mails. Her approach comes across as "no-nonsense" and so i am comfortable leaving the property management in her hands.

My Dealings with Paramount have always been positive. I have found them to be very professional. They have a "human side" which is not always the case these days. Any maintenance issues I have had, have been dealt with quickly & efficiently. My experience is that they do "go the extra mile"

Paramount\'s Ms Hayley Hills has been looking after the tenants at our property for the past couple of years and in all my dealings with her she has proved to be extremely efficient in resolving any issues and very accommodating to all our tenants. The highly professional way in which Ms Hills manages the building ensures that we enjoy a return on the property with the minimum of aggravation

I have been renting my property out with Paramount for 10 yrs. Right from the start they were quick and efficient and also the only estate agent I contacted who suggested a reasonable rent. They quickly fixed the mess left behind by the builder I had employed and I have never had the flat empty in all the 10 yrs. Paramount has always found a new tenant to move in as soon as the previous one vacates the property. I have had some unforeseen problems with the existing tenant and Paramount have been very supportive and helpful in dealing with the situation. As I am living outside the UK it is very important that my property is managed professionally and and that I can trust the agency to make decisions on my behalf. This is certainly the case with Paramount and my enquiries have always been managed quickly and professionally and I would recommend Paramount to anyone seeking to rent out their property.

Hayley is professional, helpful and always responded very promptly.If we had any issues with proeperty she would send someone to fix it fast. In fact she went beyond what I would normally expect from a letting agent, when we vacated the property. I can only recommend dealing with Hayley highly.

Hayley always answered her phone whenever we had an issue, was polite and acted quickly if there was a maintenance issue. She was very approachable, understanding and communicative, which was reassuring during our letting. We hope future agents are as helpful!

The staff who dealt with me from Paramount were extremely helpful, organised, friendly and supportive. Liaising was very easy as all texts/calls/emails were responded to promptly. The processing of all paper work was done very efficiently, the inventory was excellent and any needed repairs were sorted out immediately. Thank you for providing me with an excellent service!

Mark Durban and Hayley Hills are both equally fantastic agents who always have time to listen to their tenants issues and problems (not that I complaint a lot though..) But phone calls and e-mails are promptly replied to and they are quick with actions and most of the time are often precise and in detailed. I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone if you are looking for a \'non pushy\' or \'typical\' real estate agent who just want to rent out their properties... Well done Mark and Hayley and thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

Both Mark and Hayley have been excellent - super accomodating and v. responsive without being too pushy. Definitely the best estate agents I have dealt with in the area and can\'t recommend them highly enough.

Hayley has been the property manager looking after my flat for several years while it has been let out. I have always found her very helpful and efficient. She keeps me informed of any issues around the property and quickly sorts out any problems in a cost effective manner. She responds quickly to any enquiries and is always polite and friendly. I highly recommend her work at Paramount.

Mark Durban was my estate agent was I looking to rent. He was extremely responsive and responsible throughout the process, and did not use any of the "tricks" that agents often do: pressuring you to rent something you don\'t like, or showing you properties that do not match your criteria. He also always responded late into the evenings, which was helpful because I was able to secure my rental property after being the first to view it. His responsiveness meant that I got the property and did not have to keep looking. Even later, when I asked questions that did not directly concern him anymore (I had signed the rental agreement etc.), he would respond amazingly quickly. For example, he liaised with the previous tenants to help me set up broadband without paying a set-up fee. Hayley Hills, my property manager, has also been very proactive and quick to respond to all of my requests since I have been living at the property, which is 3 months (I may write more later).

Compared to other agencies and Landlords I\'ve encountered over the years, Paramount have provided a top-notch service throughout my contract. Whenever there was a fault in the property or something was unclear, a simple phone call or email resulted in same-day or next-day action from Hayley. I\'d recommend Paramount, and Hayley in particular, without hesitation for her friendly can-do attitude.

The agent was instrumental in my securing the property in which I am now a tenant. The flat is in a very sought after area and I contacted the agency on the day that it was listed on their website. Within two working days I had viewed the property, made an offer and had it accepted by the landlord. Subsequent to my securing the property, the agent again assisted with finding additional tenants to join me in the flat by arranging viewings and organising for my chosen tenants to sign paperwork. Finally, Paramount has been very helpful in dealing with a few minor issues since moving in (e.g. window not closing properly). I have dealt with Paramount Properties in the past and this recent experience has only served to strengthen my view that they are specialists in securing high quality rental properties and furthermore in delivering excellent \'after sale\' services such as repairs and maintenance.

After having dealings with a few other agents Paramount were a breath of fresh air. Mark in paticular made the whole letting and moving in process pain free. They really value what you think and aim to please. Excellent knowledge and experience that really makes a difference.

Hayley managed the property very well indeed. She was quickly responsive to any problems and handled them promptly and appropriately. She kept me informed and was respectful of the tenants needs as well as my own, maintaining a tactful balance between us. Dominic matched the tenants to the flat, and to me, so well that they stayed for 4 years and even contemplated buying the property. He answered my emails promptly and was always friendly and helpful.

Renting with Paramount was something that worked out very well for us. Dominic, who looked after our viewings and the actual contracting, as well as Hayley, who is dealing with property management, were always very friendly, professional and efficient. I always felt as they were doing their very best for us and it was always a pleasure dealing with both of them. I would definitely recommend Paramount to anyone who is looking to rent a property in North West London.

I would highly recommend Paramount as an estate agent. I have found both Dominic (through letting) and Hayley (property management) extremely professional, organised and helpful. Having rented our first apartment from Dominic - we also used them in search of our second apartment and have found that they are quite rare in their service as they try to match a property to the needs of the client as opposed to pushing inappropriate properties (on the tenant) in order to make a sale. This made them extremely easy to deal with and ensured we did not waste time looking at unsuitable properties. Their broad range of properties offered also ensures that they have accomodation which suits all budgets. This differs to many other agents who appear to specialise in either the top or bottom end of the market. Their property management team also ensured that any issues with the apartment were addressed really efficiently and the frequency of communications from Hayley was excellent. This is a really good company and I would highly recommend using them where possible!
