Ten Steps to Promoting your Review Profile
Soon allAgents.co.uk will be publishing performance reviews based on consumer ratings within defined time line periods for geographic and other demographic sectors for UK Estate and Letting Agents. Effectively this will be our own annual review awards.
The results will become another tool to allow consumers to evaluate if agents are listening to customer feedback and whether there are improvements year on year or if they are seeing dips in service levels. The Review won’t just focus on the top companies. A major part of the concept of allAgents is to allow historically poorer rated agents to prove to their customers that although their reviews may have been disapproving or critical in the past, that more recently (and so for the future) due to a change in practices or restructuring there has been a positive improvement.
With this in mind, every agent MUST be actively promoting their allAgents page profile to current, existing and prospective customers and encouraging them to review.
How do agents promote themselves on allAgents?
We are constantly asked by agents: “ What’s the best way to promote ourselves through allAgents? ”and so we have come up with our critical 10 step strategy.
- Step 1
- Firstly, become an allAgents Transparent Agent.
Irrespective of your current review history. Its is CRUCIAL to make consumers aware that you are prepared to change. If you have not performed well recently, we will allow you to place a statement on your page to make customers aware that you know this and you have embraced change. In addition to all this. You will receive more business leads through allAgents and access to exclusive products and services only available to transparent agents . - In any your newspaper advertising, add our logo and encourage readers to visit your profile
Step 3
- Place our “Read or Reviews” Window banner and window cards in your office and shop windows or doors.
- Include our marketing inserts about your reviews on allAgents in every brochure or promotional folder and leave them at properties you make sales or valuation visits to. You can also have our approved images printed in your marketing literature
- When you promote yourself and properties on property portals (Rightmove, Find a Property, Zoopla etc.) include the line Read our Reviews on allAgents.co.uk .
- Use the Sponsorship opportunities on you profile page and other areas of allAgents to tell readers and reviewers about special offers and other local services that they don’t know about yet. This will encourage them to shortlist you and click through to your own website.
- Retweet your page and reviews on your Facebook, Twitter and any other social media accounts you have.
- If you have hold music on your telephones, mention allAgents there and ask them to visit your site.
- Place our “Read our reviews” banner image on your company email signatures, and a small line to ask them to review you. This will be a constant reminder of your profile to everyone as part of your normal communications and marketing activities. A sample is given below.
