   Rented a 1bed flat through Adams. It was Asad who showed me the flats, dealt with the references and the contract. All was done professionally, efficiently and in a friendly manner. If and when I decide to move again, I will give them a first go.

   We used a number of estate agents whilst searching for a property in the Northfields area, though none showed us a property we really liked until we got in touch with Adams. They managed the offer and contracts process promptly, keeping us informed at every stage and the references stage was painless (and relatively cheap compared to others). We'd definitely use Adams again.

    We chose our estate agent carefully, having had valuations from 3 local agents. They all seemed competent but we felt Adams had the edge. We mainly delt with Asad Chughtai who was enthusiastic, professional and always pleasure to deal with but the same could be said for all of the staff. We found an excellent buyer in a reasonable time frame and took Asad's experienced advice when it came to the negotiations. Communication was outstanding throughout and we regularly received emails. Our sale couldn\'t have gone better and Asad played a large part in that. I would thoroughly recommend Adams estate agents to anyone looking to sell in the area.

    It was a pleasure to deal with Adams Property Professionals recently when I was looking for accommodation in London.

    From the first call to their offices to Assad to arrange a viewing of the property to completion and moving in 10 days later was effortless. My circumstances required a bit of a team effort. The staff I had dealings with in particular, Assad, William and Debbie were always prompt, friendly and helpful in responding to my queries by telephone and email and sorting out the details of this rental contract.

    When I visited their offices to complete the contract matters all the paperwork was ready and fully explained with copies immediately available for my records.

    I have no hesitation in recommending their services. They are indeed professional.

    I had an excellent experience with Adams Property Service. Asad was the agent assigned to deal with my queries and his professional yet friednly manner was appreciated. Asad was very helpful and had the answers to all my questions and this was a definate reflection on his experience. Asad made sure that he explained everything to me in advance and I was therefore reassured the whole time.

    The process of renting a property from Adams Property Service was stress free and took only a few weeks. I would highly recommend Adams Property Service as a company and Asad as an agent.

    I was looking to rent a property in the Northfields area at the higher end of the market. After several disappointing viewings with other agents, I came across Adams and immediately felt that I was dealing with people who knew the area and, more importantly, what I wanted. This was epitomised by Asad who, whilst being extremely pleasant, quickly drilled down to the type of property that I was really looking for. Within the space of one visit he was able to match me with an outstanding property that was far better than anything I was expecting. I would certainly recommend them to others and I know that I’ll be going back to Asad when I'm ready to buy again.

    Asad was very helpful right from the start, as soon as me and my partner walked into the branch we were greeted by him he kindly introduced himself and asked what is what we needed help with.

    Once we had told him what we were looking for, Asad then sat us down at his desk so he could taking down both of our details such as occupation, income and property preferences; number of rooms we were looking for, any particular areas, room size and of course our budget. He spent a considerable amount of time with us until we were happy and all the necessary information was given.

    I contacted Adams estate as our previous accommodation was no longer big enough for us, upon doing so I spoke to Mr. Asad Chughtai who provide me with information on various properties that where suitable for our needs, we arranged a viewing of the above address for the next day that I had off of work.
    When viewing the premises myself and my wife where provided with all information relevant to the property as well as option relating to it such as furniture being removed, we where also able to negotiate the rental price.
    After accepting the property Asad also provided us with assistance in completing forms so that we could pass the necessary checks without any problems.
    Since moving into the property we have needed assistance in resolving a couple of minor problems such as the oven braking and the thermostat being faulty and after approaching Asad for assistance with this these problems have been resolved very quickly.
    We would definitely recommend Adams to anyone looking for a place and would use them again when moving in the future

    BEWARE! They do NOT refund your money at the end of the tenancy!! And their repairs line is a joke, you will call them out again and again and they're terrible at fixing things.

    The last month of our tenancy fell in the middle of the month. Adams assured us (in writing!!) that the money would be returned to us along with the deposit. The deposit came... but not the refund for the rest of the month!! Now they won't refund the money and we're going to have to take them to court over it. THEY RIPPED US OFF AND I'M SURE WE'RE NOT THE FIRST. DON'T BE THE NEXT!!!

    Also, if they manage the property and tell you that if something breaks they'll fix it -- it's rubbish. They have a repair line but they always lose messages and you have to call again & again to remind them. And when they finally get a handyman out there, they do a terrible job. We had to call at least 3 times to fix a leaking washing machine, and it still ended up needing to be replaced (which was obvious from the start).

    Overall, AVOID ADAMS at all costs.

    This is an Estate Agency being run by property dealers only looking to buy cheap property. Beware: they are only looking to line their own pockets. Do not sell through them, you won't get the true value of your home!!
