Acquire estate agents are quick to respond with any request. They know the law and are very good to explain and advise. I highly recommend them.

Horrible service, they even said that they "work ...for our landlord, not the tenants" so do not expect any assistance from the agency. The 'professional' cleaning in their understanding is cleaning middle of the room and all is done in 1 hour. The maintenance work in the apartment was not done before the move in date as discussed and was later provided at poor quality. Never deal with the agency again.
