I rented thru Acorn-it was appalling. The house was wrecked and filthy when I looked at it. Acorn never inspect their properties on behalf of the lanlords as far as I can tell. It could have been a nice house though so as they agreed to get professional cleaners in I went for it. On the day of the move I found house to still be dirty, rubbish in garden, oven filthy.

Then I had to try and get deposit out of them when I moved out despite sweating blood to get house up to standard and maintain it, it was like getting blood out of a stone, in the end I had to threaten them with court action. Never deal with them-useless.
