Do not use this company, they are crooks. They will rent the flat themselves using one of their own staff, and then stop paying rent. They will try every trick in the book with the courts to stop eviction. I still have not managed after a year!

BY FAR the worst company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with !!!!!! Stay well away from this lot they are cowboys and they do not seem to care about anything but lining their own pockets. i waited 2 months for my contract and a receipt for my money. they are rude and completly unproffessional! i cant stress enough DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS!!!!!!!!!

Ace are also trading under the names of Pyramid Estates and Pyramid Residdential. No surprises that Pyramid is based in the same building as Ace!

They are crooks who collect monies from tenants but refuse to pass it on. They have always had 2 different compies on the go at the same time but always at the same address ultimately

This so-called agency also known as Ace Estates / Ace Estates UK a few months ago has failed to pay me nearly £2,000 tenants deposit and rent from me a landlord. It has taken £300 from tenants to find a property. It is now calling itself Ace Sales and Lettings and sometimes LTD at the end of their company name (not registered!) The agency employees known as Ray, Stephen, Bobby, etc are praying on landlords and desperate tenants. DO NOT DEAL WITH any of the ACE named associates based at 707 High Road, North Finchley, London N12 0BT as they are using the same address but for different company names with the name ACE. Both tenants and landlords should AVOID even if contacted through private ads placed that both landlords and tenants use such as Gumtree.com.

This agency proved to be outstanding in all aspects of letting my property's. I have used this agency for the past 2 years and I have always had my tenancy's drawn with no fault and refernces were always good for tenants. My rent has always been paid on time and I would recommend this agent to any other landlord. Regards.

Ace Estates are currently running from the law, and have numerous cases against them for ripping off both their tenants and landlords.
You can run but you cant hide Karan Khan....see you in court!!

2 years! I thought that they appeared only a few months ago. Please correct me if I am wrong, what were they called 2 years ago, as they use various names. Ace Estates UK? Ace Estates UK Ltd, Ace Sales and Lettings? You seem very lucky, I hope you're not mixing up the names, 707 High Road, North Finchley, N12?? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Ace estates approached me via an advert and quickly rented my flat for me although the tennats were nothing but trouble and then decided to stop paying the rent and changed the locks. Ace said thay felt guilty and would offer free replacements as long as I let them manage the property and let them evict the tennats. Total cost £1740. It turns out they did nothing and the tennats are still there. I am now about to use a legitimate firm to remove the tennants (6 months in arrears now) and cannot even speak to Stephen at Ace to tell him that I will be taking him to court. I have learnt a very hard and expensive lesson and have been totally stiched up.

Ace estates also approached me via an advert I placed. I have been trying to speak to "Stephen" since July 2008. As I called a few (four) times in total disbelief and frustration becaseu they did not pay almost £2k (deposit and rent minus fees). I was threatened with harrassment charges from Ace, if I contacted them again demanding money rightfully owed to me and still do after 5 months . Is this not ridiculous??

They are engaged in fraudulent activity. They have let out my property to a relative of A.I. and have refused to pass on rent to me. I had a rent guarantee insurance and they have refused to impliment it. I am taking them to court and will want anyone with similar experience to contact me.

Don't know what agency you are dealing with. Ace Sales & Letting are highly professional agents. I have dealt with this agency for numerous years. These guy's are very professional and very friendly. I have never had a single complaint. My friends family and relatives all deal with Ace. I think some of Ace's clients should stick up for our agents.

This landlord is a fraudster. He obtained two flats by commiting fraud on ebay. My brother i love you theodoro but you are a con. All your life you have conned people. Your ebay fraud , western union bank transfers. Theo i once told you what goes around comes around. You probably never fixed anything in that flat. You told me your self that tenants had no heating or hot water for 2 months.

I A (aka KK) you were convicted of fraud last year spent six months in prison and are back running Ace.You are the only one who calls me by that name and writes my name like that. As you know I have more than 16 properties and have tenants who have been with me for over 5 years in at least 10 of them. All of my properties are managed by agents as you very well know. You drive around town in expensive cars with money taken from innocent tenants and landlords.

Mr Akin Akeoji you write as if you know me or have ever spoken to me. Well I am sure that if you are a man of your words and have no problem going before a Judge to repeat this allegation then you should immediately take it to the police. I will then gladly see you in court!

To Wesley: Ace Sales & Letting or Ace Estates UK are not highly professional agents. This agency hasn't been around for numerous years!! You must come from a family and relatives with lots of property for them all to deal with Ace! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They ripped both my tenants and me of over £2,300 (total from tenants and me). I have not seen a single penny to this day since June 2008 when they took this money into their hands!

I am quite upset to here that this the way you feel i had given ace sales and letting three of my property and I was given the best treatment that I have ever received from any agent. these guys would visit my property every two to three weeks to check to see if everything was good and also at the end of my contract they had given me a better deal then I had first started with so I given them brothers properties to. I understand that you my be hurt but I feel that it is very wrong for you to be given somebody that I feel is so honest and trust worth such a bad reputation. I think that that was a bit childish sorry to say. But I feel that ace sale and lettings are such nice people and should be given a chance. I would happy to ask any question that any has about the way I was treated by ace

Nichola, I'd hate to be your tenant. I'd hate someone checking on me every 2 or 3 weeks. The letting agent I rent from checks our house once in 3 months and even that I consider to be an intrusion of my privacy.

Agree with the other reviews. Ace are cowboys at best, con artist at worst. They refuse to give copies of contracts despite repeated calls and even on a personal visit. Very very dodgy... stay away.

I agree with Roger. Ace are extrmemely unprofessional. They never return calls and do not provide the service they say they will. They constantly give different excuses depending on who you talk to. I would also rather pay double than use them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a similar problem with ace but eventually i was called and they were being very helpful and apologetic. And did explain that they are extremely busy and for the inconvenience that was caused to my self i was compensated. The amount to be exact was £ 750.00

Rubbish service. Difficult to get hold of; lack of communication. I'd personally rather pay another agent double, then to use these guys again.
They do not respond to emails.

Please also be careful when dealing with the guys behind Ace and Pyramid estates or lettings or whatever they call themselves now. They have been known to use physical intimidation.
