I have always found Absolute Living a pleasure to deal with. I have been with them since they started and they have always been dynamic in finding me suitable tenants in a very short time, have advised on rentals, kept me up to date on viewings, and acted with utmost professionalism. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services - for landlords or tenants - they've been absolutely first rate.

Living in one of their properties for 2 years Absolute Living were professional, helpful and friendly. Whenever there was a problem they were quick to help and resolve the issue, I would happily recommend them.

Absolute Living are a pleasure to deal with. The team have been very responsive to all queries. I've found all property maintenance requests are promptly noted, quoted for and repaired. Contracts and paperwork is handled quickly, check-in and check-out procedures are straight-forward. I would recommend them.

Very pleased with the service we received from Absolute Living Charles New for our Kennard House, and other properties we have on rent
The agency was very efficent and prompt attention to all matters

I highly recommend Absolute Living as a company both for tenants and for landldords like myself. I use no other agent now. They are a pleasure to do business with. They have found excellent tenants with great references for seven of my properties. I would never have been able to have got such good rents if I had marketed the properties on my own. Charles and Shakil in particular, are honest, friendly, hard working, considerate to tenants, pro-active, hard working and reliable. They really do earn their reasonablly priced commission. They have also been very helpful in sorting out the rare issues that do crop up and in suggesting ideas that have increased tenant satisfaction and improved my properties. I only wish all agencies could be as good as them.
Another bonus is that they know the area very well where i have the majority of my properties, which is around Battersea and Clapham North.Was this review helpful? Yes

I have used Absolute Living for 5 years and must say they have been consistently excellent and have always found really good tenants quickly; issues are sorted out promptly and efficiently and they have generally been a pleasure to deal with.
Absolute Living have been extremely fair and efficient when renewing leases, changing individual tenants & sorting out paperwork, coming out and doing rent evaluations, and just giving good advice on anything from the smallest things up to quite significant changes - I really cannot fault both the service and the way they do business.

Found a property - they took property off market and pushed our referencing along and ensured flat was professionally cleaned and inventory provided before move in. Sounds simple but not always like this!

Absolute Living manage my property and I have been really pleased with the service they offer. You deal with the same person throughout the process and we managed to secure Rent Guarantee insurance at a low price and receive by email monthly statements and no contact directly from the tenants. The reason we tried this company was because for management they don't charge an upfront amount but a small monthly % fee. Would definitely recommend.

Would I use this agency again? ABSOLUTELY NOT. From the beginning this experience was a an ABOSULTE struggle to request the simpliest things. Unresponsive and utterly hopeless when getting information back from the agent. The key word is SLOW. Just to make sure you caught that, SLOW. In the end, to get things done we had to approach the owner who was fantastic and very accomadating. Working out issues directly with the owner really made it clear that it was useless to have an agency at all. I really feel for the owner.
To say the least it was not a smooth and pleasant experience with the agency. Should you find yourselves in a position to deal with these individuals, be cautious, check all the details of the flat, email your items of concern to the agency ensuring a record of requests, and stay on top of all issues.
The only reason for the 1 star is that they eventually did acknowledge our presence, but it just took time. Did I say SLOW?

I had a nightmare getting the lease signed and moving in. They didn't show us around or review the property for damage. I couldn't get repairs fixed in the entire 6 months I lived there. I sent countless emails and spent hours on the phone obtaining my overpaid rent and bond back. Absoloute nightmare, would never use them again.
