    James Silverstein was known to me for several years as an employee of Wayne and Silver (a reputable firm). He then set up his own firm (Abode Residential) and I gave him my business. Sadly my trust in him was badly betrayed. He stole my tenants' deposit and the rent that they paid into his account. He is very plausible but is nothing more than a common thief. Avoid him like the plague. I'm biding my time and will deal with him through legal means when the time is right.

    Would you use the agent again? No

    Did not return my deposit. Won judgement against them in courts but still awaiting payment. Countless lies. Mr James Silverstein is a con man.
