Rented a flat from this company, I'd say they were acceptable until I told them I was moving out. I wasn't given 24 hours notice when prospective tenants were shown the flat, so quite often they'd just turn up.

When I eventually moved out I spent a whole weekend cleaning - only to be told that a cleaner was required because the skirting boards were not to standard - I was charged between £40 - £50.

Also I took down some drapes when I was living in the flat because of the sheer amount of dust on them - I was charged a whole £45 for rehanging them (all this involved was threading the drape through a loop, a 2 minute job).

I'd never use this company again, they just seem to be out to make a quick buck when you hand back your keys!
